FBI Arrests Florida High School Teacher for Child Pornography Distribution

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has arrested a Florida teacher from Terry Parker High School near Jacksonville on charges of distribution of child pornography.

37-year-old Jordan Schemmel was a Terry Park High School teacher in the Duval County School District who was subject to an undercover investigation related to child pornographic materials.

His Facebook lists him as having his own website, at<a href="http://www.jordanschemmel.com/?fbclid=IwAR0tpkSvbPJwpEf6EspGno9BuTn7Sftyuq1HfbilK3nybRe_2f2FLnZRZA8"> JordanSchemmel.com</a> and a blog titled, <a href="http://www.schemblog.com/"> SchemBlog.com</a> which have been disabled.

Jordan Schemmel claims on his page that he was the IB Diploma Programme Coordinator at Duval County Public Schools since February 2017.

It also says he studied Educational Leadership at the University of North Florida but lives in Jacksonville, Florida. Neither are too far from the Duval County School District.

Jordan Frederic Schemmel was arrested by federal authorities inside the FBI for the crimes of child porn distribution, according to<a href="https://www.actionnewsjax.com/news/local/jacksonville-high-school-teacher-arrested-on-child-porn-distribution-charge-authorities-say/856135199"> local FOX News affiliate Channel 30 Action Jax</a>.

Court documents suggest that a post was made by an undercover FBI agent on a board where pedophiles who seek to rape and molest children frequent. It was on that board where Schemmel, a pedophile, would respond with an attempt to fulfill his thirst for children.

Schemmel previously worked as a teacher at Ponte Vedra High in St. Johns County, and later at Ed White High in Jacksonville, Florida.

This also worries law enforcement that during his illustrious career as an undercover pedophile Schemmel may have sexually exploited other children.

The disturbing conversations between the undercover agent and the pedophile would tell a tale of degeneracy, abuse, and a confession to having the twisted attraction for years.

The criminal complaint against Schemmel says that he used the screen name “JS” and the username “Profsunrise15” to respond to the FBI agent.

In those conversations, Schemmel sent the FBI agent footage of himself conducting the sexual assault of a prepubescent child.

In other messages, he sent video and images of similar crimes to children occurring at the hands of others.

The FBI immediately zoned-in on Schemmel’s IP address and tracked him down to his home in Jacksonville.

FBI agents and other law enforcement officers executed a federal search warrant at Schemmel’s residence and seized several items of computer media and at least one Apple iPhone. His smartphone and a thumb drive found in his home both contained images and videos depicting child pornography and bestiality, according to the U.S. attorney.

He was arrested on charges of child pornographic distribution.

Prosecutors said that during an interview with law enforcement officers, Schemmel admitted that his Kik username matched the FBI investigation.

According to the criminal complaint, Schemmel told agents he would feel ashamed after viewing child pornography and would delete or walk away from it.

The Duval County School District is apparently shocked, while those who understand the Talmud aren't.

"Should he be released from custody, he will be immediately removed from the classroom and not have further contact with students pending the outcome of an internal investigation," the School District said in a voicemail to parents of students in Schemmel’s classroom.

Many religious scholars say that the Talmud is the highest authority for modern Talmudic Judaism. In the Talmud, you can find controversial endorsements for pedophilia.

The Rev. Ted Pike of the National Prayer Network has forewarned Christians of Talmudic pedophilia and its endorsement and acceptance among the world's Talmudic community.

This clear endorsement of pedophilia is concerning, but not the first, and likely not the last time we see these atrocious crimes.

Further, on Jordan Schemmel’s Facebook page he speaks about attending the Economics for Leaders Conference at the University of Colorado.

In that letter, he speaks of former Top Chef winner, a cook named Hosea Rosenberg. Tablet has previously given praise to <i>for being five of seventeen “tribe” members</i>, on the Top Chef series.

There's little doubt if anyone had any, of the correlation between the alleged religious context and the actions, <i>but there is no excuse for pedophilia.</i>

The primary concern from many parents is that Schemmel will be a free man, or that he's molested additional children over the years that they're unaware of.

Most pedophiles are in fact repeat offenders who continue the vicious cycle of abuse on repeat occasions.

Schemmel was arrested and will be held pending a detention hearing next week. Schemmel faces from 5 to 20 years in federal prison and a potential life term of supervised release.

Terry Parker's principal sent out a robocall to parents informing them of Schemmel's arrest, adding that if he was released from federal custody, he would not be allowed to return to the classroom while this case is pending.

"We are grateful to law enforcement for their partnership and will continue to cooperate fully," Principal Megan Pardue wrote.

<i>Duval County schools spokeswoman Laureen Ricks issued a statement saying the following:</i>

<blockquote>In addition to maintaining the well-being of our students, one of our highest priorities in situations like this is to communicate with parents so that they can have the best information possible. While we are unable to provide additional information, we can confirm that this individual will be removed from all student contact should he be released, pending the outcome of our internal investigation.</blockquote>

Schemmel has not responded to requests for comment from The Goldwater.

<b>It is also time that we as a society hold our elected officials accountable in demanding stricter punishments be enforced with tough new legislation against anyone who would victimize a child, of either life imprisonment, of capital punishment. Oftentimes, they are released and re-offend. There is no rehabilitation for child sex offenders.</b>
