President Trump Breaks Judge Appointment Record with 44 Conservatives in Less Than Two Years

President Trump has just crushed another record, this time in setting the pace for the appellate court, with 23 approvals of Conservative Judges in less than two years, coming after the Senate confirmed Judge Andrew Oldham to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in a 50-49 vote.

Arguably the most important decisions President Trump will make during his Presidency is replacing liberal Judgeships with Conservatives and Constitutionalists, having those at the helm who won't try and legislate from the bench, as leftist Judges so often do, but instead, uphold the Constitutional rule of law for all of America.

During the Obama regime’s destruction of America, a large proportion of the Communist ideals which would later turn into court rulings came from the radicals on the bench, and that has been witnessed by the entire nation during the first months of the Trump Presidency, where tiny courts have attempted to overrule a duly elected President of the United States of America, and done so successfully with temporary restraints on Executive Orders.

It's not a Judge's job description to push politically charged legislative actions from the bench, nor should ideological perspectives be applied to decisions at all.

A Judge's mantra is to rule his or her decision on a case based upon already existing legislation signed into law and uphold the law to the best of their capabilities, but that's not what the Democratic Party seems to believe defines a Judge.

With Oldham’s appointment, we're seeing another potential powerhouse Conservative climb the ranks under President Trump, one who has a resume of both prestige and honor.

Judge Andrew Oldham earned a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude at Harvard Law School in 2005, having previously achieved a Master of Philosophy, first class (with distinction), from the University of Cambridge, and prior to this, receiving a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia.

Oldham also has a long history of working with many of the most prestigious Judges in America, including having clerked for Justice Samuel Alito at the Supreme Court of the United States, and to Judge David B. Sentelle of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. He also worked as an attorney-adviser in the Office of Legal Counsel at the United States Department of Justice from 2006 to 2008, as part of President George W. Bush's administration.

Currently, Oldham is a General Counsel to the widely popular Texas Governor Greg Abbott, where he will soon be stepping into the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, where he will oversee appellate jurisdiction of nine federal judicial courts in Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi.

At only 39-years-old, many believe we could one day see Oldham serving on the Supreme Court Of The United States (SCOTUS) as a diehard conservative Justice.

These appointments give President Trump a legacy that will no doubt not soon be forgotten.

As of July 19, 2018, the United States Senate has confirmed 44 Article III judges nominated by President Trump, including 1 Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, 23 judges for the United States Courts of Appeals, 20 judges for the United States District Courts, and 0 judges for the United States Court of International Trade.

There are currently 92 nominations to Article III courts awaiting Senate action, including 1 for the Supreme Court, 11 for the Courts of Appeals, 78 for the District Courts, and 2 for the Court of International Trade.

The Senate has continued to delay the additional appointments of President Trump, who has already left a long-lasting impression on law and order in America for the next several generations.

As we still await the approval of would-be Justice Judge Brett Kavanaugh for the Supreme Court Of The United States, this will have given President Trump his second appointment to SCOTUS, with many analysts predicting to see the retirement of Justice Ginsburg during Trump's Presidency if he were to win re-election, which as of now seems as if it will be a certainty, based upon the outlandish remarks of the Democratic Party and Trump's overwhelming successes thus far.

Earlier today, The Goldwater reported that President Trump has now broken a 50-year record low on unemployment numbers, a statistic that is certain to continue to bolster his already soaring popularity.

In just the past several months, SCOTUS has given Conservatives enormous victories, which should further help keep traditional values Americans winning in this nation for many years to come.

At the end of June, the Supreme Court Of The United States of America handed down an enormous victory for the freedom and sanctity of more than 5 million American workers, and a devastating blow to the liberal-backed labor unions who demand “mandatory dues” from the workers they're supposed to represent, by ending the process.

Since the 1977 ruling of Abood v. Detroit Board of Education, the Supreme Court has allowed “collective bargaining” to be financed by public sector Unions demanding “mandatory dues” for their members.

Unions and those who join them are essentially not going to be able to throw around cash in a mafia-style attack on up-and-coming politicians anymore, and the workers across the nation will no longer be forced to fork out a large chunk of their hard-earned paychecks for these unnecessary dues.

Oftentimes, young apprentices to skilled trades are unable to find high paying jobs without the unions, making it a system quite similar to extortion. In fact, many Unions have been connected directly to the racketeering crimes of the mafia over the last several decades.

This victory is great for Republicans and Trump supporters.

“This is the biggest victory for workers’ rights in a generation,” said Jacob Huebert, an attorney for the plaintiff. “The First Amendment guarantees each of us, as individuals, the right to choose which groups we will and won’t support with our money. Today the Supreme Court recognized that no one should be forced to give up that right just to be allowed to work in government.”

“Compelling individuals to mouth support for views they find objectionable violates that cardinal constitutional command, and in most contexts, any such effort would be universally condemned,” Justice Samuel Alito wrote in the majority opinion today.

The unions, for decades, have been one of the highest paying donors to the Democratic Party, with billions of dollars in payments that help fund radical leftist politicians to destroy America's Constitution.

Just days prior to the end of “mandatory dues,” SCOTUS gave President Trump another victory, ruling in favor of the “travel ban,” which the Trump Administration and Department of Justice have lauded as a means of keeping Americans safe.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">SCOTUS Ruling on Travel Ban Reinforces President Trump&#39;s Commitment to Protect Americans<a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/SCOTUS?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#SCOTUS</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/travelban?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#travelban</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/MAGA?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#MAGA</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/KAG?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#KAG</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/WINNING?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#WINNING</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Trump2020?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#Trump2020</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Trump?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#Trump</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/WalkAway?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#WalkAway</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/DemExit?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#DemExit</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/VoteRed?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#VoteRed</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/VoteDemsOut?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#VoteDemsOut</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/GreatAwakening?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#GreatAwakening</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/RedPill?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#RedPill</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/REALNews?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#REALNews</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/news?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#news</a> <a href="https://t.co/407nwIEmQn">https://t.co/407nwIEmQn</a></p>&mdash; Courtney T. @IWillRedPillU (@IWillRedPillU) <a href="https://twitter.com/IWillRedPillU/status/1011782003971297280?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">June 27, 2018</a></blockquote>

When the Supreme Court Of The United States of America ruled the “travel ban” put forth by the Administration is Constitutional, is sent shockwaves across party lines, reinforcing the difference the court seems to reflect already, with Justice Neil Gorsuch on the bench.

Many pundits have chimed in on what this means for the President moving forward, and again reminding Americans that the Supreme Court Justice nominations are crucial to the future of our nation, and thankfully President Trump placed Neil Gorsuch on the bench.

By a vote of 5-4, the justices rejected the challenges to President Donald Trump’s September 2017 order, which is most often referred to as the “travel ban,” that begins with restricting immigration to the United States by citizens of eight dangerous countries.

Chief Justice John Roberts wrote his opinion in favor as the majority relied on the credible national security justifications for their decision.

"The sole prerequisite," Justice Roberts wrote, is "that the entry of the covered aliens 'would be detrimental to the interests of the United States.' The President has undoubtedly fulfilled that requirement here."

If we're fortunate, President Trump will be able to replace a liberal Justice in his second term, and several more of his already existing Article III and Article I appointments receive approval.

As this President reshapes America, it's not leaning left, and it's not leaning right, but instead returning to upholding the Constitutional rule of law, and the will of the people who voted legislators into office to write the law in the first place.

In total, the 23 Judges to US appellate courts, and additional confirmations to be heard in upcoming weeks, there is no doubt fear among the left they have lost their grip over America by ruling from the bench.

Keep in mind, with Oldham’s appointment being decided in a 50-49 vote, it showcases how important it is for voters to elect Republicans this November, in order to remain in control of Congress and see the President's agenda succeed.

Not a single red-state Democrat crossed party lines in favor of Oldham, underscoring the highly politicized world we now live in.

Rest assured, this President has a legacy that can never be erased, because unlike Obama, Trump understands governance.
