LAPD has Opened a Criminal Case into Weinstein for the Rape of an Italian Model in 2013

The Harvey Weinstein case has been brutally exposing for the normies who weren't aware of the underground culture of rape and sexual assault which had long since been believed to be a conspiracy by the mainstream media and those who walk around believing the world is made of peaches and cream.

Unfortunately for those who wished to keep the abuse in the shadows the entire nation has been redpilled by the Weinstein case, and it's only the beginning phases.

Whilst Weinstein now can claim he has a problem and needs rehabilitation, the ever mounting case against him is only building.

Many have asked why law enforcement hasn't charged Weinstein yet and some of those cases are covered by the statute of limitations (which is absurd), while thus far there have been only rumors of legal repercussions for the crimes of Weinstein.

Now today it's being reported that Weinstein indeed will potentially face criminal charges as the Los Angeles Police Department begins to investigate the 2013 rape of an Italian model who met with several detectives from the LAPD on Thursday morning.

The unnamed woman says that she has now provided a detailed account of the sexual assault where movie mogul Harvey Weinstein sexually assaulted her at a hotel room in Southern California in 2013.

This new claims from the model will become the sixth series of accusations by women to accuse Harvey Weinstein of either rape or forcible sex acts against them against their will.

The Los Angeles Police Department via Capt. Billy Hayes confirmed that the department has launched a criminal investigation into the accusations, the first sign that Weinstein may potentially face justice.

It is also now the first case related to Weinstein to be reported in Southern California, whereas the rest of the potential criminal probes are either on the East Coast or outside of the United States of America.

The New York Police Department has stated that they already have two active sex crime probes into Weinstein, and then London's Metropolitan Police Department confirmed they're also investigating allegations made by three separate women.

If the LAPD find some evidence that a crime occurred in the hotel room it falls within the 10-year statute of limitations for the rape crime that existed at the time of the alleged incident, which presumably would land the deranged sex offender behind bars.

It could "open the door to a prosecution if the evidence exists," said high profile Defense Attorney Dmitry Gorin, who's also a former Los Angeles County Sex Crimes Prosecutor.

Due to those ridiculous statute of limitations laws most of the previous allegations against Weinstein were unable to be prosecuted; which is preposterous and shows that the judicial system needs overhauled.

Weinstein has so far "unequivocally denied" any and all allegations of non-consensual sex with his accusers, according to his representative, Sallie Hofmeister.

In regards to the confirmed LAPD investigation she responded with, "I can't respond to some anonymous complaint."

Amusing, because Weinstein's most recent victim certainly isn't anonymous as Miss Hofmeister would like to portray; and she's a real person who's not only been legitimately sexually assaulted but her admissions to the Los Angeles Police Department of the events have prompted a real investigation.

The 38 year old Italian Model and Actress, while her name hasn't been released due to potential retaliation and concerns about protecting her children's privacy, first contacted the LAPD on Tuesday, through her attorney, David Ring of the law firm Taylor Ring.

On Thursday morning two detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department's Robbery-Homicide Division's Rape Special Section took her statement and formally opened the criminal investigation into the sexual assault.

The Italian victim told the Los Angeles Times that the sexual assault happened at Mr. C Beverly Hills Hotel.

According to the woman she says that after her attendance at the 8th annual Los Angeles Italia Film, Fashion, and Art Fest in February of 2013 Weinstein committed the atrocity against her.

She says that Weinstein showed up into the lobby of her Hotel "without warning" after the midnight hours; and that she was shocked because she hadn't told him where she would be staying meaning he essentially stalked her or paid for information as to where she would be.

Weinstein reportedly asked her if he could come to her room and she refused instead telling him she'd meet him in the Hotel lobby.

She said as she was getting dressed she then heard a knock at her room’s door and it was Weinstein.

"He bullied his way into my hotel room, saying, 'I'm not going to have sex with you, I just want to talk'. Once inside, he asked me questions about myself, but soon became very aggressive and demanding and kept asking to see me naked,” said the Italian starlet.

That's when Weinstein repeatedly bragged about his status and influential power in Hollywood and “told her not to fight him”, or she may regret it.

She says that she was scared and he was forcing himself onto her, so being in an emotionally distraught state she then tried to show him pictures of her children and her mother, who was at the time undergoing chemotherapy, hoping she could deter him from what he appeared to be wanting to do, rape her.

"He grabbed me by the hair and forced me to do something I did not want to do," she said. "He then dragged me to the bathroom and forcibly raped me.”

When he the scene of the crime she said Weinstein then told her” she was very beautiful” , and that she could work in Hollywood.

"He acted like nothing happened," said the tearful victim. “I barely knew this man. It was the most demeaning thing ever done to me by far. It sickens me still to this day. He made me feel like an object, like nothing, with all his power."

That wouldn't be the last of their conversing however, since she said after the rape that Weinstein invited her to several parties at his home to which none of those she attended.

The Los Angeles Times said that during their interview with the victim on Thursday, she was both “calm and collected”, but they said weber she would discuss her children her voice quivered in what appears to be a sense of fear of demeaning or embarrassing them.

This is often the case with sexual assault victims, even once they're the victim of such a heinous crime they're worried about the implications or embarrassment that could come to their families.

Sexual Assault victims are made to feel as if they've done something wrong, which isn't the case; and is a terrible tragedy in America.

She also claims that because she felt so alone and that she had no choice but to keep it a secret or Weinstein would ruin her career she only told q Priest and one of her children's nannies.

"I feel responsible that I didn't talk for years, I feel responsible that I didn't react that night and I didn't call the police, I feel responsible that I wasn't brave enough," she said. "All these years I've been thinking why I didn't call the police immediately. I regret that I opened the [hotel] door."

She's says just a week before the Weinstein movie made headlines she was talking with her daughter, who's in high school, about harassment the young girl was receiving from a boy at her school for the last seven months.

During that mother-daughter talk, she finally told her daughter what happened to her with Weinstein, in hopes it would urge her own child report what was going on to the proper channels.

"If I need to do that, why don't you stand up for yourself?" her daughter said to her. Her son then came into the room overhearing the conversation and consoled his mom saying "You just need to be strong, Mom."

The Italian model-actress was only 34 at the time, like of the rape by Weinstein and is well-known in Italy, where she appeared on the cover of Italian Vogue and as an actress in Italian films.

Within the coming days it's likely the Hollywood propaganda gears will begin spinning and her identity will be announced because of this, but for now The Goldwater is going to respect the woman's privacy as did the LA Times and simply report the story.

She said that at the time of the rape her and her children were all living in Italy but in recent years they have moved to Southern California.

What this story means is that women across the country, as well as men and children especially; are now given a voice for the first time to come forward about elite pedophiles and sexual abusers without having their lives and careers ruined for telling the truth.

In many cases, it's alleged that the victim’s lives may have mysteriously been cut short after coming forward.

Will Weinstein now be charged and arrested? Time will tell.

Does the entire world see through the smoke and mirrors of the dangers of the vicious Synagogue of Satan that holds power inside of Hollywood? It seems so.

For years anyone who tried to expose the pedophilia or the sexual abuses inside of the film capital of the world were called conspiracy theorists or mentally unhinged; and thanks to Weinstein's crimes, and the brave women who are speaking up now, the voices of the past who told us for decades about the horrors and atrocities are now being revisited and considered prophetic.

Pedowood, the rape culture, pedogate, Hollyweird; whatever you eat to call the demonic cultural marxist mantra that exists in those elite circles is no longer a taboo, but it's now a proven fact..

Let's pray for the victims, all of them; and let's give strength and comfort to those willing to speak.

Harvey Weinstein will hopefully face time behind bars, although there will never be true justice to the people who have suffered at the hands of he and his ilk.
