A marxist Hawaii Judge has once again overstepped rights that a single state should even be capable of producing by blocking the newest installment of the President Trump Travel Ban.
The Hawaii U.S. District Court Judge Derrick Watson issued the ruling just hours before the third series of revised travel restrictions were set to take effect, saying that President Trump's newly revised ban "suffers from precisely the same maladies as its predecessor."
White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders called the ruling "dangerously flawed" and said it "undercuts the president's efforts to keep the American people safe."
According to the Justice Department they will soon file an appeal, in efforts to enforce the President of the United States of America's agenda.
What's occurring right now is a small state District Court is able to undermine the Presidency over and over with these malicious rulings.
It has to stop.
