National Rifle Association spokeswoman Dana Loesch has been receiving death threats from gun control advocates - to the point that it has escalated to such gravity that her children have become targets as well forcing her to make the decision to move her family from her current residence.
Loesch is moving her family from their California home. The gun rights spokesperson shared her decision on Twitter. She posted: “Spent my weekend preparing to move due to repeated threats from gun rights advocates.”
The tweet came with a photo of several plastic bags piled on the floor, presumably containing stuff of Loesch’ and that of her family’s.

The NRA spokeswoman has been very active with media interviews lately, especially after the deadly Las Vegas mass shooting. She is a frequent cable news guest. She also commands a strong 642, 000 following.
Loesch shared that the range of threats she has been getting as replies to her followers. Some threats got too grave and out of hand. Loesch said one person after getting her phone number threatened to shoot her. One threatened her with rape. The worst happened when her children were dragged into the threats, prompting her decision to move her family.
Loesch sent a series of tweets of the threats. She posted: “One guy hunted down my private number, called when police were here, threatened to shoot me in my front yard. #MeToo” She tweeted next: “Another guy created a string of social media accounts, posted photos of my house, threatened to rape me to death. #MeToo”
She next tweeted: “Another gun control advocate, after threatening to hunt me down and assault me, dragged my kids into it. #MeToo”
Loesch also hosts “Dana”’, weekdays on BlazeTV. She made a strong stance against any new gun control measures in the wake of the Las Vegas shootings drawing criticisms and the ire of gun control advocates. Loesch stood her ground and said any new measure now for gun control in reaction to the Las Vegas shooting can eventually lead to a total ban on guns.
Loesch said: “They are going to ban every single part of a rifle-period-ypur regular hunting rifle, until the whole thing is banned. It was made perfectly clear last week and it was made perfectly clear the week before that- no bans, no bills, period. None.”
She also said in a fresh tweet reply why her stance on gun rights remain relevant, whether it is in light of the Las Vegas shooting or the own threats she’s been getting from gun advocates: “I’m glad that I have the right to carry and am able to defend myself and my family against danger if need be.”

Isn’t it the height of irony that gun control advocates wish to restrict the use of guns supposedly to stop violence, but their own proponents are advocating violence itself. Maybe they should ought to tell the public how they wish to carry out such threats against Loesch- through the use of a gun? From advocates to hypocrites?
