George Clooney Latest Hollywood Celeb To Receive Accusations Of Covering Up Sexual Harassment

With a culture becoming less and less tolerant of harassment and abuse and the internet giving a voice to anyone, it is becoming increasingly difficult to hide secrets. Lately we have seen several prominent actresses come forward with claims of sexual harassment directed at Harvey Weinstein.

The snowballing effect of victim's accusations is similar to what we saw recently with Bill Cosby when his sexual predatory behavoir was exposed by dozens of victims. Now, the latest Hollywood figure to be mired with accusations of wrong doing is George Clooney.

A former "ER" actress come forward on Twitter with claims she was sexually and racially harassed on a daily basis, and George Clooney helped cover it up and get her blacklisted from Hollywood.

Vanessa Marquez says several of her coworkers including actor Eriq La Salle and a crewmember of being "pussy grabbers." She also named others who she says mocked her Mexican heritage, cast members Anthony Edwards, Noah Wyle, and Julianna Margulies.

Marquez's tweets came shortly after Clooney publicly denounced producer Harvey Weinstein for sexual assault who's actions he said are "indefensible." He claims to have had no idea what the Hollywood mogul was doing behind closed doors but the claims from Marquez say otherwise. It would appear that Clooney not only had first hand information about sexual and racial abuse but he actively covered it up.

The former "ER" star says when she reported the sexual and racial harassment she experienced daily on the set to executive producer John Wells he did nothing. She claims Clooney also knew of the harassment and actively worked to blacklist her from Hollywood for coming forward about the abuse.
