A disturbing series of events occurred at a Gainesville, Florida Doctor’s Office where a disgruntled woman was making a complaint which appeared to be about the lack of service and the prolonged time she was in the waiting room; was verbally assaulted and her daughter physically assaulted by a doctor.
The best part, they captured it all on camera.
Jessica Stipe had initially streamed the video onto her personal Facebook, where she had already been filming when the doctor came out from the back of the office cursing at the pair.
You can see her complaining to the doctor about the extreme wait time, when he becomes physical and demanding telling the pair that <i>”if they don't like it they can go spend three hours at the clinic or nine hours at the emergency room.”</i>
That's when Dr. Peter Galloway began forcefully demanding the mother and daughter leave the premises, directing them out the doors by opening it.
Stipe’s daughter continued to film the events as she headed out the door when the doctor then realized she was filming and committed assault by shoving her and stealing her phone.
This is not just unprofessional, it's illegal.
Police responded to the scene at the Gainesville After Hours Clinic, located at 926 NW 13th Street where the Doctor's Office staff including Dr. Galloway denied ever touching the girl.

The responding officer wrote in his report that he had no reason to believe that anyone from the medical facility had assaulted the duo of mother and daughter.
Unfortunately for the failures of this Police Department and the lies of the staff at the Doctor’s Office, the entire incident is on film proving the assault and theft occurred.
Dr. Galloway released the following statement:
<blockquote>”Ms. Stipe had been increasingly belligerent and abusive to the office staff, cursing and threatening them with violence, because she was unwell and had been waiting to see me for more than an hour. I went to the front desk only because after Ms. Stipe received her refund, she refused to leave the office and continued her abusive behavior towards staff. Despite repeated requests from the office staff, she repeatedly demanded to see me instead of leaving.”</blockquote>
The Stipe family claims this is a lie, and regardless if it were true; Dr. Galloway is on camera committing assault against the family regardless if he asked the couple to leave or not.
He is not law enforcement, he is a doctor, and he should expect a heavy lawsuit against the After Hours Clinic and his practice for his actions.

The unprofessional actions of this Doctor's Office at the Gainesville After Hours Clinic should not be tolerated by anyone, and no patient should ever have to undergo this type of abuse from a healthcare provider.
