The Oconee County Sheriff's Office in South Carolina says that they've charged 32-year-old Robert Keith Morgan after it was reported he forcefully raped a twelve-year-old child.
The investigation into Morgan began when a Resource Officer at an Oconee County School was notified by friends and family that Morgan had potentially sexually assaulted the young girl off school premises.
According to the official arrest warrants, Morgan had sex with the child multiple times beginning two years ago in 2015; and had also filmed the young girl while engaged in his pedophilia.
To make matters worse Morgan has been a registered sex offender since 1999, according to family courts, when he engaged in Criminal Sexual Conduct with a minor nearly two decades ago.
The new crimes against this child confirm once again that there is no cure for pedophiles except a slow death.
Sheriff's Deputies have since arrested Morgan and he has now been charged with eight counts of first-degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, eight counts of third-degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, and three counts of first degree Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor.
The Judge in the case has denied any bond for the vicious pedophile and he will be detained in the Oconee County Detention Center until trial.
