Law enforcement in Syracuse, New York says they've taken another disgusting pedophile off the streets for good.
53-year-old Steven Doty was apprehended after Special Agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation traced an IP address that was sharing videos of adult males having sexual intercourse with underage boys to the Syracuse residence.
Federal agents also traced videos being shared on the peer-to-peer software of a 5-year-old and 3-year-old girl back to the same residence, which prompted a search warrant being served at the home.
Once authorities were inside the home Doty didn't deny sharing child pornography, according to police; in fact, in what seems to be a common occurrence amongst these pedophiles he actually bragged about how long he'd been doing it without being caught.
Doty told police he'd been collecting child pornography "since the time he first had access to the internet until the present day," the affidavit stated.
Agents found a directory that contained over one thousand still images and thirty-two videos of men engaging in sex with young children, many of whom were prepubescent.
Doty will now spend fifteen years in a Maximum Security Federal Prison followed by an additional fifteen years of supervised release once he is freed, according to Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert Levine.
