Grapevine police have already identified the man accused of making lewd comments to young girls inside a Target store.
The man is identified as Kenneth Roblez, 38 years old, and a registered sex offender from Dallas.
Roblez was seen on surveillance video at a Grapevine Target store approaching a girl on Sunday. He is believed to have solicited sexual acts to the girl who’s just 9 years old.
The police reported that minutes after that encounter, Roblez then went up to a mother of another child and told her he wanted to commit sex acts with her 11-year-old daughter.
Tips coming from the concerned public helped the police identify Roblez. Multiple people came out to identify him on surveillance video.
The Grapevine Police Department is requesting again the public’s assistance, this time to locate Roblez to question and arrest him. He is wanted on a parole violation warrant. He also remains to be a threat to people, especially vulnerable children. The police department even suspects that he may be connected to similar incidents in Plano.
Anyone who may have seen Roblez or has knowledge on his whereabouts is urgently requested to call 911 immediately. The police released several photos of him, including his sex offender registry photo and photos from the surveillance camera of the Target store.
