Law enforcement in Delray Beach, Florida say that they've made a disturbing arrest where a child was brought to a drug deal at a local McDonald's restaurant.
27 year old Blake McQueen of West Palm Beach and 26 year old Brittany Rusk of Palm Beach Gardens we're both taken into custody by undercover police officers after they arrived at the McDonald's on Linton Boulevard to sell a buyer crack cocaine.
Little did the couple know that the buyer was a confidential informant and several undercover officers from the Delray Beach Police Department were waiting nearby.
The informant then approached the driver's side window to the white Chevrolet Impala being driven by McQueen, and handed him $200 in cash in exchange for the crack cocaine.
As soon as the purchase was made, officers swooped down upon the car, and to their shock there was an eight year old child inside of the vehicle during the sale.
Police say they also found a bag of marijuana in the front seat, and that after they had Brittany Rusk in the back of the cruiser with McQueen she somehow skipped out of her handcuffs and was seen taking something out of McQueen’s pants.
Officers then stopped the vehicle and searched McQueen only to find several bags of cocaine inside of his buttocks, a common trick used by these thug drug dealers to hide their narcotics from law enforcement.
The duo were each booked into the Palm Beach County Jail, with Rusk bonding out of a $18,000 bond and McQueen bonding out on a $14,000 bond.
This is not the first time Rusk has faced child endangerment charges involving drugs either; as authorities say that in 2016 she was arrested for having marijuana within the reach of her child in the backseat of her car.
McQueen has also previously been charged with the rape of a woman, which he was later found not guilty upon in 2012 as well as several driving related Felonies in just the past year.
The two are scheduled for court later this month.
