Police in Slidell, Louisiana says that a suspect who seemingly may have been under the influence crashed a vehicle into a fence at Slidell Municipal Airport before finally wrecking into a utility pole.
43-year-old Kevin Bolton, of Hattiesburg, Mississippi was driving the car.
Police did, however, say that they had received multiple reports about the 2001 Chevy Tahoe being seen driving in an erratic fashion all across Interstate 12 through Pearl River prior to the crash.

After he crashed the vehicle, Bolton then took off running into the woods according to eyewitnesses, prompting local police departments to perform a joint search effort to locate the man.
Once police continued their search, they finally located Bolton outside the Belair subdivision of Slidell completely stripped out of his clothing except for his underwear; and rambling that ”snakes had been crawling up his pants” as per the reason for not wearing any clothing.
He told officers who arrived at the scene that he was actually fleeing authorities when the crash happened, however, there are no law enforcement agencies on record stating that they were giving chase to Bolton
Bolton then told authorities that he was ”on his way to see a Voodoo Doctor”, suggesting to the officers this man was indeed on some kind of narcotics; albeit this is the deep South and such superstitious beliefs exist.
Slidell law enforcement then arrested Bolton and he's currently detained inside of the Slidell Jail charged with both hit-and-run and reckless operations, with the potential to favor future charges.
