Iraq mourned the loss of a hero of their war against ISIS today. 63 year old Aby Tahseen, known for his trademark grey beard and motorbike, died in a fight today.
He was famously referred to as Silver Sniper, the Sheikh of Snipers and Hawk-eye. According to legend, he killed a total of 341 ISIS Jihadi fighters.

According to Iraqi media, he singlehandedly took out four jihadi terrorists in one day whilst fighting for the Iraq’s Popular Mobilisation Units (PMU).
The man had fought in five different wars and learned to shoot whilst in Russia. His first taste for battle came in the Arab-Israeli war. He often appeared in the PMU videos with his 50cal rifle the fighter became and Iraqi symbol of the fight against the death cult known as ISIS.

Mr Tahseen said the release of his gun was so strong it knocks jihadis “back one meter”. Adding that: “When I get my rotation I just want to get back here. Last time they gave me a month off and after 12 days I came back.”
The Iraqi ministry of defense said in a statement: “Sniper Abu Tahseen who killed more than 300 terrorists in Iraq was martyred yesterday in the battles to liberate Hawijah.”
ISIS are in a losing position in Iraq, having lost control of the city of Mosul in July already.
The cult continues to lash out abroad, claiming one of their militants killed two in Marseille, France on Monday and saying that the massacre in Las Vegas by gunman Stephen Paddock was also theirs, despite the FBI rubbishing any link to the cult.
