According to investigators in Suffolk County, New York a Teacher’s Aide who assisted with autistic children from Bay Shore High School was arrested for raping a student.
A 15 year old student came home from class and told her parents that she was the victim of rape at the hands of the Teacher's Aide.
27 year old Marcus Johnson was then arrested at the Westfield, South Shore Mall where he works another part time job as a clerk at Finish Line Sports and charged with second and third degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child, according to police.
Investigators say that Johnson had forceful sexual intercourse with the student on more than one occasion, a series of incidents that began when the child was only fourteen
The child said she was afraid to come forward for fears that Johnson would harm her or her family if she told on him.
Marcus Johnson teaches autistic children as an Aide on the school grounds however the victim was not one of those students.
Parents of students attending Bay Shore High School are absolutely furious that this could occur on school grounds leaving many of them demanding answers.
The Bay Shore School District issued the following statement:

Bay Shore became aware of an allegation involving an improper relationship occurring outside of school between a female high school student and a male paraprofessional. The matter was promptly investigated by school officials and referred to the Suffolk County Police Department, resulting in an arrest.”

Johnson entered a plea of not guilty on front of the First District Court in Islip where Judge Jennifer Henry ordered him held on either a $40,000.00 cash bond, despite the District Attorney’s office asking for a bonk of $100,000.00 total.
Johnson is also court ordered to stay away from the victim if he makes bond and is to have zero contact with the child or her family via any means including social media.
