The University of Tennessee in Knoxville has trampled upon free speech that apparently triggered a group of social justice warriors and cultural Marxist indoctrinated leftist crybabies by tearing down flyers that it deemed as being “White Nationalist Propaganda”.
As an excuse, the University of Tennessee has said that the flyers are somehow in violation of Campus Policy, which is outright absurd considering the University received federal tax dollars and has to legally uphold the First Amendment and each and every student's right to free speech.
The flyers were the basic promotion of love for culture, family, tradition, heritage; and simply stated <i>”The Most Precious Possession You Have In The World Is Your Own People”</i>.

That's sort of ironic since Antifaschistische Aktion openly advocates on campus and using social media platforms for Knoxville Antifa groups and their <i>comrades</i>, but hey, that's the name of the game for the Marxist Professors, shut down any opposing thought and dismantle the system.
It's literally fine if AntiFa parades their bigotry and subversion of American democracy, just as long as you're not a straight white male with traditional marriage values and want to promote having children and caring for your family.
According to Campus Officials, the flyers were torn down from the Humanities and Social Sciences Building because the campus considers that a violation of their <a href="https://hilltopics.utk.edu/campus-policies-procedures/"><i>literature distribution policy</i></a>, which designates only specific areas for <i>”Free Speech Zones”</i>.
The campus policy requires that any posted literature must be affiliated with a student organization or on-campus department, which is essentially a means for censorship because only certain groups promoted by wealthy backers will ever have a voice.
It does not say anything about hate speech or restricting the types of messages that can be distributed or posted, so I'm not sure what their argument could be for violating the Constitutional Rights of these students.
The best part about this is, there is no such thing as a <i>”Free Speech Zone”</i>, and by the University of Tennessee making such a claim, they're in violation of Federal Laws.
In fact, the entire United States of America is a free speech zone outside of the workplace where employees can set in place specific policies.
United States Attorney General <a href="https://thegoldwater.com/news/8726-Sessions-Enforces-First-Amendment-on-College-Campuses">Jeff Sessions and the Department of Justice just announced this week</a> that they will begin going after the Marxist college campuses that attempt to violate the Constitutional Rights of anyone who wishes to engage in free speech.
Specifically, Jeff Sessions said the following during his announcement:
<blockquote>”A national re-commitment to free speech on campus and to ensuring First Amendment rights is long overdue. Which is why, starting today, the Department of Justice will do its part in this struggle. We will enforce federal law, defend free speech, and protect students’ free expression.”</blockquote>
<blockquote>”Protesters are now routinely shutting down speeches and debates across the country in an effort to silence voices that insufficiently conform with their views.”</blockquote>
<blockquote>”University and College Campuses which set up so-called “Free-Speech” zones will be in violation of Federal Law and it will be enforced.”</blockquote>
Sorry about your luck Marxists, but this is America. Facilities which receive tax dollars and federal assistance such as higher education centers in America are free speech zones across the board.
I unironically find it hilarious that a school such as the University of Tennessee which has a problem with people wanting to promote traditional family values <a href="https://budget.utk.edu/fiscal-policy/alcohol/">allows licensed vendors to promote degenerate alcohol sales</a> at campus events and functions as well.
Some dramatic part of all of this is that the message is the same regardless of who says it, and in no way should it offend one group of people over another.
