Iran’s news agency Fars reported an interview with the commander of the Iranian navy this week, in which the latter admitted that the Islamic Republic is steaming ahead with building nuclear submarines which will be finalized this year, as well as a new destroyer.
Admiral Habibollah Sayyari: "We will certainly carry the job within the framework of the nuclear deal and the safeguard agreements and will not do anything beyond that," adding that the vessels would be ready by year end "I think that we will manage to accomplish this task in the current year."

Earlier this month, the Iranian navy released a recruiting video in which you can see their men destroying the US navy whilst it attacks their coast.
President Trump has sounded many warnings against Iran further developing its nuclear power and stated this is in spite of a ‘nuclear deal’ between Iran and six other nations which he called during his maiden speech at the United Nations General Assembly an “embarrassment.”
According to the framework of the said deal signed with the US and other world powers, Iran said it would forego its nuclear weapons program in order to get the economic sanctions against them lifted.
Just last Saturday, Iran fired a ballistic missile to show its force during a military parade. To this, the White House administration reacted: “Iran just test-fired a Ballistic Missile capable of reaching Israel. They are also working with North Korea. Not much of an agreement we have.”
The U.S. atomic agency declared that the testing of that ballistic missile violates the nuclear agreement in spirit, but is not technically breaking it. Iran points to a report from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) that shows they are still complying with the 2015 agreement signed by the Obama administration.
