ICE Captures Top-10 Most Wanted Illegal Alien Sex Offender in Utah

We want them deported, and sent the hell out if our country; and that's what Special Agents from the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) are doing all across America.

While the mainstream media doesn't give ICE the credit they deserve their agents say it doesn't matter, they will methodically hunt and find each and every last federal criminal illegal alien inside of America.

Such is the care in Provo, Utah where one of the Top-10 Most Wanted illegal aliens on the radar of ICE has finally been captured.

56 year old Jesus Guitron-Aguilera was not only from Mexico and inside the United States illegally, but he's a convicted sex offender and has been eluding justice for nearly a decade since he was first placed on the ICE most wanted list in 2010.

ICE says that Jesus Guitron-Aguilera has a lifelong criminal record including convictions for sexual assault, assault with intent to commit sexual penetration, as well as four other misdemeanors including two driving under the influence convictions.

Jesus Guitron-Aguilera was first convicted of his initial sexual assault on July 13th of 1992, in Michigan’s 8th Judicial Circuit, and he was sentenced to five years in prison.

He has been booted out of the United States of America on multiple occasions, but due to the continuous failures of both the Clinton, Bush, and Obama Administration he simply walked right back in as if the United States wouldn't stop in, and in fact they didn't.

Back on September 26th of 2008, a federal immigration judge ordered Guitron-Aguilera removed from the United States of America by way of deportation.

He attempted to appeal the order but the appeal attempt was dismissed on August 10th of 2010.

On June 9th of 2014, Guitron-Aguilera was seen driving a red Corvette and was stopped by local police. However Guitron-Aguilera was able to make a run for it and escaped on foot and was not found again until September 26th of 2017, when he was arrested as a result of a tip from an anonymous caller (see calling ICE does get them the hell out).

ERO Field Office Director Robert M. Culley issued the following statement:

“Guitron-Aguilera was a clear threat to the safety of our community and with his arrest we are sending a clear message to illegal aliens who commit crimes in the United States: ‘America is not a safe haven for you’.You will face justice for your crimes and then we will send you back to your home country.”

ICE has a clear message: “I know who you are. I know what you want. If you are looking for refuge I can tell you I don't have the room, but what I do have are a very particular set of skills. Skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you leave my country now that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you, but if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you and I will deport you."

It's pretty clear.

ICE posted the following message on their website, ice.gov:

” ICE deportation officers carry out targeted enforcement actions every day in locations around the country as part of the agency’s mission to protect public safety, border security, and the integrity of the nation’s immigration system. ICE also periodically conducts expanded enforcement actions as operational needs demand. The agency’s pursuit of criminal aliens is motivated by our commitment to promote public safety and enforce U.S. immigration laws.”

”Aliens who are administratively arrested by ICE officers for violating U.S. immigration laws as part of the agency’s targeted enforcement actions receive all due process afforded to them under the law.”

”Anyone with information about the whereabouts of ICE fugitives should immediately contact the local ICE office or call the national hotline at 1-866-DHS-2-ICE (866-347-2423) as soon as possible. From outside the U.S. and Canada, callers should dial 802-872-6199. Tips can also be submitted online at http://www.ICE.gov/tips anonymously.”
