A man who was charged with murder after a drug deal at Walmart went wrong was found dead on the floor of his jail cell Sunday morning. Caleb Lee, 25, was arrested in connection with a deadly shooting at a Walmart that occurred on September 6th.
Jail officials confirmed that Lee was pronounced dead at the hospital shortly after being found on the floor of his Tulsa County Jail cell. The cause of his death is unknown at this time but officials did say medical personnel was working to take Lee in for evaluation. Lee refused to comply and resisted when they tried to load him onto the nurse's cart. When officers came to help load Lee into the cart he started to "slump to the floor."
He was taken to OSU Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. Lee was in jail for the murder of Dylan Parker, 27, who was killed during a drug deal shootout that occurred at Walmart at 1300 East Albany Street, according to police.
