Three years ago, Michael Evans who was the host of America’s Voice Now warned that a treacherous law had been signed by President Barrack Obama allowing the Federal government to have huge power to saturate the American citizens with domestic propaganda all at the expense of the American taxpayers.
The allow enabled the Federal government to have far-reaching power to push radio, television, newspaper and social media propaganda to the American public. Evans warned that the law would eliminate protection for Americans from the ideologies of Obama’s administration, Evans was referring to the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012 which was included in the 2013 National Defense Act of 2013.
The U.S. government’s broadcasting arm was prevented from reaching the American viewers by the so called anti-propaganda law. The new reform which was done on July 2, 2013 led to the implementation of the new reform that exposed Americans to the government delivered programming since the reform eliminated the shield. This gave the government the power and ability to expose the viewers to hours of weekly government funded television and radio programming that was formulated for consumption at the domestic level.
President Obama is credited for introducing laws that brought about chaos in the U.S. his administration introduced the new reform that allowed the government to expand its broadcasting business to influence the U.S. citizens within the borders. However, this was not the case in the past, the U.S. government previously broadcasted news and opinions to foreign countries via outlets such as Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, Voice of America and the Middle East Broadcasting Networks. The U.S. citizens had been protected from this over the years, but Obama had to pollute the system like he’s always done.
Evans emphasized that the information that the U.S. broadcast’s overseas to foreign countries is disinformation. Adding that the sole intent of the disinformation was to distract, redirect, and confuse. Evans also pointed out that such sources could not be relied upon as informative sources of news.
Evans had a lot of insight since he pointed out that Obama’s reform would pollute the mainstream media and as a result, the corporate media will be an arm of propaganda. Evans sensitized the public to note that the new law would make sure that the likes of CBS, Fox News and CNN would report government misinformation as factual news stories while the susceptible public would buy into it.
The corrupt Obama’s administration will also sign a bill to make alternative media illegal, dubbed as the Intelligence Authorization Act for the Fiscal year 2017, the bill will counteract measures by the so-called Russia covert influence.
