The Justice Department has announced that a Manassas, Virginia pedophile has been indicted after an investigation with the cooperation from multiple federal agencies.
Acting Assistant Attorney General Kenneth A. Blanco of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division, U.S. Attorney Dana J. Boente of the Eastern District of Virginia, and Special Agent in Charge Clark E. Settles of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations (ICE-HSI) were involved in the joint operation to bring this sick monster to justice.
52 year old Dwayne Stinson was determined by the agencies to have coerced minors into engaging in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing pornographic images on at least five separate occasions.
James E. Burke IV of the Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section (CEOS) of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division, alongside Assistant U.S. Attorney Whitney Russell of the Eastern District of Virginia are now prosecuting the case against the disgusting pedophile.
Stinson was formally indicted today on five individual counts of producing child pornography of prepubescent Minors, according to the Justice Department.
According to Project Safe Childhood, which is a nationwide initiative intended to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse that was first launched in May of 2006, this is a massive victory for the victims of pedophiles and child sex trafficking by the Department of Justice.
Several U.S. Attorneys’ Offices and the Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section, Project Safe Childhood Marshals from federal, state, and local resources assisted in the locating, apprehension, and prosecution of this and a multitude of other individuals who exploit children via the internet.
The organization in cooperation with the DOJ uses information obtained from these cases to identify and rescue victims of other pedophiles and sex trafficking crimes that are directly tied into the organized nationwide ring of child porn and child sex related criminals.

There's great hope that each time one of these monsters are brought down that new leads and information will help guide the authorities to take down co-conspirators involved in these horrendous acts against children.
