A woman in Delaware City, Delaware was so upset that she had to eat next to a fellow patron with a service animal that she screamed at the dog's owner at the top of her lungs causing a huge scene. The woman who owned the dog is a veteran who needs the "PTSD Service Dog" after her time in the military left her with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. This didn't stop the upset patron from screaming at the woman over her service animal.

The veteran was eating at Kathy’s Crab House & Family Restaurant in Delaware City when another patron began to take issue with her dog saying that having a dog in the dining room is "nasty" and argued there should be a "separate section" for people with animals, according to Heavy.com. The whole scene was captured on film and the upset woman can be heard yelling, "I’m not going to keep my voice to myself. I’m gonna voice it just like I did, and there’s nothing you can do about it."
One YouTube user commented on the woman in the video's behavior, "Look at how the dog is behaving compared to this, uh, 'woman.'" The service animal which is a Great Dane wore an orange vest that said, "PTSD Service Dog" and remained calm the entire time despite the woman screaming profanities at the top of her lungs.

Saw this same stunt in a Wally World outside Atlanta, a few weeks ago.
Screaming and cussing that was not a Service dog because the handler (trainer) was not blind….
Several citizens stepped in and asked the person to stop the cussing due women and kids present. Then when that failed, the guy was herded out the door using a moving wall of concerned citizens.
Turned out to be a distraction play. His buddy was caught trying sneak out the other door with 2 TV's .
