A cyclist in Germany is now wanted by police after witnessing a motorcycle crash and not helping the victim. The cyclist stood by filming the gravely injured crash victim and didn't stop even when paramedics arrived and tried to get him to leave.

Paramedics said the man hindered their efforts to save the crash victim and only left after being told the police would arrive. A passing motorist caught the cyclist on video with his dash cam and the police are using it to identify the man.
The motorcyclist who crashed was pronounced dead at the scene and prosecutors are looking at charging the cyclist for filming instead of helping the victim.
