Law enforcement in Pennsylvania say they've made three arrests in the horrific shooting where three unsuspecting victims were shot outside of Pittsburgh in a Sheraden neighborhood.
According to officers when they arrived to the scene they found a 57 year old woman who was shot several times, and transported her to Alleghany General Hospital, a 23 year old man who was shot with non-life threatening injuries and transported to UPMC Presbyterian, and a four year old girl was found shot in the head and careflighted to Children's Medical Center for emergency surgery.
Emergency 911 dispatchers received frantic calls about shots being fired near the 3200 block of Huxley Street in the middle of the afternoon.

Upon arrival to the scene officers then witnessed a blue minivan fleeing the area, where cops attempted to pull the vehicle over and the driver refusing.

Officers then gave pursuit of the vehicle into the North Side with a high speed chase occurring on inner city streets, before the driver of the van inevitably struck a pole; at which time the criminals inside the vehicle began to flee on foot.

Public Safety spokeswoman Sonya Toler said at a press conference outside Police Headquarters that 24 year old Rico Green, 20 year old Tywan David, and 17 year old Diontae Hollinger have all be arrested and transported to Alleghany County Jail.
In a video taken of one of the men being arrested in handcuffs, the violent savage shows little to no remorse for his crimes instead talking about the Pittsburgh Steelers potentially winning the Super Bowl.

All three of the men are now being charged with aggravated assault, attempted criminal homicide, obstructing justice, and discharging a firearm with the intent to induce panic, according to court documents. 17 year old Hollinger will be charged as an adult.
A gun was recovered at the scene, but Toler said that at this time it remains unclear if it was the weapon used in the shooting.
