Two Army Soldiers and Civilian Charged in Fayetteville, NC Shooting Deaths

Law enforcement in Fayetteville, North Carolina say that they've made three arrests in the shooting deaths of two men outside of a local restaurant.

20 year old Ferris Brown, and 19 year old Javier Johnson are both active duty United States Army Soldiers, and 19 year old civilian Davion Chambers were arrested after the violent homicides.

Each of the men face two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon, and two counts of conspiracy to commit robbery, according to the Fayetteville Police Department.

All three of the men were taken into custody and are being held without bond.

The United States Army has yet to comment on the case but it's believed they're working cooperatively alongside the Fayetteville Police Department to bring these soldiers to justice.

The arrests stem from a double murder where two men were found fatally shot to death outside of the Smokey Bones Restaurant at 1891 Skibo Road in Fayetteville.
