Maryland Judge Demands Bar Investigation into Hillary Aides who helped Destroy Emails

Sometimes things just don't work out the way you intended.

No matter how meticulously you may have planned for success, no matter how hard you worked to accomplish those goals, life comes at you fast.

Then there's Hillary Clinton, the nasty woman herself and likely the most despised public figure in modern history.

Now a Maryland Judge has demanded that there be a formal State Bar investigation into the three attorneys who assisted Hillary Clinton in deleting her emails.

It's a crime, and it should have brought charges before but of course, the corrupt Barack Obama was President and the diabolical Loretta Lynch was the Attorney General and both pressured intelligence agencies as well as federal law enforcement to cover up the case.

Now the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court Judge Paul F. Harris Jr. has publicly stayed that all complaints against the three attorneys, David E. Kendall, Cheryl Mills, and Heather Samuelson; were “egregious and the state bar couldn’t dismiss them as frivolous” which comes as a major victory for law and order.

“There are allegations of destroying evidence,” Judge Harris said at a hearing Monday morning.

Harris also said that the state’s rules required the bar to conduct formal investigations no matter who raises the complaint and can’t simply avoid accusations, which most would see as a shot at Loretta Lynch and Barack Obama who it is believed may have pressured the courts to avoid prosecuting the attorneys due to their friendship with Hillary Clinton.

The Judge made the announcement a day before Mrs. Clinton releases her widely criticized and failing latest book titled, “What Happened?”, where it's certain she didn't explain the crimes she and her campaign and closest advisers conspired with the previous administration to commit.

The Maryland Bar complaint was first made by Ty Clevenger, who is a lawyer in which has vigorously pursued sanctions against both Hillary Clinton and her legal team in several state and federal venues and who is also behind the movements to force the

Federal Bureau of Investigation to release details of its investigation into the former top diplomat.

State Bars in Arkansas and those in the District of Columbia, as well as United States Federal Courts all, have ignored the pleas and requests from Clevenger thus far, who is persistent in bringing Hillary Clinton and her attorneys to justice in some fashion for their crimes even if it only means being suspended or disbarred.

Judge Harris, however, says the prior motions from courts are wrong, and that Clevenger’s requests not only have merit but that the State of Maryland will have to at least launch an investigation and demand a response from the lawyers who assisted Hillary Clinton in her crimes or face disbarring on their own.

Clevenger says this is a massive victory alongside the another victory in recent days when the Justice Department agreed that his case met the threshold of intense public interest.

The FBI has continued to deny an open-records request into its investigation on grounds that there was not sufficient public interest to overcome Mrs. Clinton’s privacy rights.

Mr. Clevenger has since appealed to the Justice Department, which ruled that it would expedite his request, signifying it accepts his claims of public interest as most of the public applaud the efforts.

Hillary Clinton is a criminal, who has been able to avoid justice and used a secret email account tied to a server she kept at her home in New York to conduct official business while she was head of the State Department, though it was against department policy.

The FBI still stands by Comey’s claims that the email arrangement risked national security, but has so far declined to recommend any criminal charges against the vile creature known as Hillary Clinton, something that's drawn major outrage from Trump supporters and purveyors of justice.

The bureau said Hillary Clinton was “too inept to understand the risks she was running”, but that's simply not an argument.

If I murder you, with a knife, and stab you several times with it, but I never looked you in the eyes because I was watching it rain while I killed you, does that make me too inept to face murder charges? Of course not, and that's a bullshit argument from the FBI.

After the email controversy was made public, Clinton reluctantly turned over thousands of emails to the government and deleted the rest, which she claimed were personal, but nonetheless is and should have been a crime because she was subpoenaed to turn them over.

The FBI probe itself was a complete joke, where it found thousands of emails that were work-related but weren’t turned over to the government, yet still chose to not prosecute the obvious criminal. If that had been you or me folks, we would still be sitting in Federal Prison. It's more of “Good for thee but not for me”, and it's outright disgusting.

Hillary Clinton then had her attorneys scan her accounts, after being issued a subpoena by Congress, and that is essentially a crime which has landed them knee deep into this potential jeopardy.

As we all know, this amongst many other countless dark secrets of the Clinton Crime Family was the inevitable downfall of her failed Presidential bid, with an FBI investigation looming and more leaks from those close to her than the levees in New Orleans after Katrina.

“The most important of the mistakes I made was using personal email,” Mrs. Clinton acknowledged in an interview with “CBS Sunday Morning” ahead of her book launch.

“I said it before, I’ll say it again, that was my responsibility. It was presented in such a negative way, and I never could get out from under it and it never stopped,” Mrs. Clinton said.

The Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission tried to push aside Clevenger last year, arguing that he had “no personal knowledge of the allegations” so it wouldn’t investigate the claims, which is downright preposterous, to begin with.

They essentially are saying that if you're on your way out to your mailbox to grab your mail, and you hear a gunshot across the street and see your neighbor run outside covered in blood holding a gun, and police arrive and you find out that the neighbors wife was killed, you have no personal knowledge of the allegations so they're not going to investigate your claims?

Realize how stupid that sounds? There's a famous Judge Judy quote here that comes to mind, Don't piss on my leg and then tell me it's raining.

Literally, these corrupt crooks either think that we're all stupid or outright don't care what we think, to begin with.

Alexis Rohde, who is a lawyer representing the Grievance Commission, said she was “bound by confidentiality rules that prevented her from explaining why the panel had determined the complaint was frivolous”, which is the typical tricks of these group of Marxists to hide the truth.

“Because all these complaints are confidential, I’m unable to put that before the court,” she said.

Judge Harris, however, rejected that explanation, saying it was the first time the Commission had used the term “frivolous” to explain a decision.

He also said the rules were clear that the commission needed to investigate.

“I just think this is a rather easy decision at this point,” he said. “The court is ordering bar counsel to investigate.”

This judge deserves a steak dinner and the finest wine a man can get. He's the reason I still have hope in the justice system, one of those men who cannot be corrupted.

It looks like it's happening, there will be a formal investigation into Hillary Clinton's three attorneys, and that will lead back to her.

Yes, the walls are closing in around crooked Hillary, and in a perfect union, I dream of the cell doors closing too as they finally Lock Her Up.

Since we're on the topic though, this announcement comes just one single day before Hillary Clinton's Book is released. The laughing out loud can commence now.

Her upcoming book titled “What Happened?” is going to require a sequel, ”What Also Happened?” to continue to cover up why the first book is such a massive failure, almost like her Presidential aspirations.

Yes, Hillary Clinton's still unreleased book has had a massive price cut before it has ever been released. Usually, such price slashing is a great indicator of the lack of actual sales and in this case pre-orders.

Many people have pointed out that regardless of how much they cut the price it still won't sell or ever be popular, likely because Hillary Clinton, like always, is looking to blame someone else for her massive failures and not accept responsibility for own actions and crimes that led to this point.

Then again, if you're an environmentalist or simply like to preserve and conserve since the book has already been printed it would make great firewood or kindling.

Soon though, the only thing will be blazing in the inferno is Hillary Clinton, as the fire rises with her in the hot seat.
