A massive victory for President Trump and America today as the President has asked the Supreme Court of the United States of America has ruled that President Trump's Full travel ban takes effect immediately.
The Department of Justice had early on today asked the Supreme Court to stay the decision by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, which sought to expand the class of refugees that could be admitted to the US.
As we all know the 9th Circuit Courts and their marxist judges felt that they somehow had the authority to intervene over the powers of the President of the United States of America and had attempted to stop any ban on refugees flooding into the United States.
Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy issued an order signed which stated:
<blockquote>UPON CONSIDERATION of the application of counsel for the applicants, IT IS ORDERED that the mandate of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, case No. 17-16426, is hereby stayed with respect to refugees covered by a formal assurance, pending receipt of a response, due on or before September 12th, 2017, by 12 PM, and further order of the undersigned or of the court.</blockquote>

It looks like the Supreme Court of the United States of America is finally telling the California and Hawaii judges that the President of the United States of America has supreme authority on such matters and that their marxist rants mean nothing anymore.
