The New Castle County Grand Jury in Delaware says they've indicted 41 year old Richard “Ricky” White Jr., of Greenville, 11 counts of second-degree rape, dangerous crime against a child, sexual solicitation of a child, four counts of sexual exploitation of a child, dealing in child pornography and six counts of possessing child pornography.
The official probable cause affidavit in the case says that the monstrous pedophile began raping his victim when she was as young as twelve years old.
The child victim claims her life is in shambles after the monster kept her locked away for five straight years and had forceful sexual intercourse with her at least 250 times over the five year period beginning in 2012.
Ricky White is currently being detained at the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution in Wilmington, Delaware while he awaits trial.
Official online records unfortunately do not list an attorney who can be contacted to comment on behalf of his crimes.
One of the detectives who helped make the eventual arrest of White says that interviewed the victim who stated that her and the Pedophile had at first began conversing via text message in the fall of 2012.
While the two began as friends, the pedophile proceeded to accomplish what's a typical scenario in these situations, where they befriend the victim and gain their trust before eventually making moves to get close enough for sexual contact.
The child says White started prying into her sexual history, even after the girl told him repeatedly “that's nasty” and had never before had sexual relations at her young age of 12, according to the affidavit.
They however remained friends chatting before White finally talked the girl into meeting him publicly.
The affidavit states that he picked her up from home when she was off of school and took her to his home.
Once they arrived to White's house they began watching television before White started kissing her and eventually was able to take advantage of her and have sex with her, according to court documents.
At that time a pattern began where White would pick her up and had sex with the girl sometimes on a weekly basis, police said.
According to investigators at first they would casually meet at his home.
Later White went to jail and served time for driving while intoxicated, he lost his license and then he would talk her into meeting in the nearby woods.
Later, White lost his home from unemployment and then he would pick the child up from school and have sex with her behind a Popeye’s Chicken.
After she began driving, they would meet at Delcastle Recreational Park and a Royal Farms, according to the affidavit.
Law enforcement say that White took photos and videos of them having sex, and also distributed those on the internet.
The girl claims White would have her set up Facetime video chats so he could watch her shower on a nightly basis and pleasure himself, according to the affidavit.
The child was suffering from a common syndrome of victims where she claims she felt both “obligated” and “threatened” by White.
When she eventually claimed that she wanted to end the meeting between the two, White would threaten to kill himself, or threaten to tell other people about their sexual relationship, and also made threats to publish photos and videos of them having sex, according to the affidavit.
Police say they've seen the messages where the child victim told White that she wanted to end the relationship, others where she told him she was afraid of her, and more where she told him to stop contacting her all together.
Recently the girl told a friend about her situation and that person contacted police, according to the affidavit.
The child suffers from what's known as Stockholm Syndrome, where the years of abuse and being cut off from society having to keep a secret makes her actually care about her abuser and his feelings so she was brainwashed to the point of complying.
This is often the case with pedophiles and their victims, with the mental abuse being just as damaging as the physical and sexual contact due to their increased intellect and ability to manipulate.
