The Lucas County Sheriff's Office is attempting to identify a black male subject who stole a car outside of a gas station in Ohio.
In the video you can see the victim's vehicle pull into a parking space as he enters the store to make a purchase.
At that time you can see the criminal thief, a black male, approach into the camera's view as he attempts to enter the victim’s car.

Just as the car thief begins to drive in reverse to leave with the stolen car the victim comes running out of the store in an attempt to secure his car.
At that time the black male suspect continues to drive in reverse and runs over the owner of the car, leaving him lying to die in the parking lot.
The victim's name has not been released and his condition remains unknown at this time.
Police say the savage crime occurred at approximately 5:45 AM at Hill and McCord streets.
