Detectives in Oregon say that a Molalla pedophile is now in custody facing multiple charges against a total of nine underage child victims or his sexual abuse.
Law enforcement says that 19-year-old Dillan Bostick-Smith faces countless charges against children including third-degree rape, third-degree sexual abuse, several counts of encouraging child sex abuse, unlawful dissemination of intimate images, and online sexual corruption of a child.
Official court documents show that Bostick-Smith not only possessed a trove of child pornography which he had filmed himself, but that he also communicated with several underage victims online for the purposes of seeking sex.
The Child Abuse Task Force says that he also had sexual relations with a girl who was under the age of 16 and then posted the nude images online of her and multiple other victims without their consent “with the intent to harass, humiliate or injure” them, according to agents.
Molalla Police said that during the course of their investigation they have identified at least nine underage victims, but that Bostick-Smith had several other child pornographic images on his electronic devices so they're seeking out other potential victims as well.
In the course of a little over a month now the investigation has been underway inevitably leading to Bostick-smiths arrest and charges.
Appearing before a Magistrate, Bostick-Smith was set a bail of $500,000 cash and was ordered to have no contact with the child victims in this case if he were to post the bond.
