A disgusting couple dromedary Ohio County, Virginia, who don't deserve to be called parents, have been taken into custody after horrific acts of child abuse.
26-year-old Apollo Rice and 18-year-old Sabrina Hall are now under arrest after neighbors contacted police fearing for the life of their two-year-old child.
Neighbors of the couple say they witnessed Rice force hot sauce into the child's mouth and nose by using a medical syringe while he was watching the child, and they also say that Hall tried to drown her child in the bathtub.
According to the official report, Hall admitted authorities that Rice would duct tape the child's mouth and nose shut when the poor kid was being a two year old as a form of punishment.
"I heard the baby crying all the time and I would see bruises on the child. Just hearing him cry every day, day after day, for hours at a time I could not take it anymore and I had to call CPS because I knew something was going on," says one of the neighbors who has asked to remain anonymous.
Both are in the Northern Regional Jail. Rice has a $15 million bond, while Hall has a $60,000 bond. An arraignment is scheduled for next week.
The two-year-old has been placed into the custody of Child Protective Services.
