Houston's school system has announced the closure of the public school systems through at least Tuesday. Major League Soccer team the Houston Dynamo has canceled this Friday's games. All public parks and zoos have been closed and the band Coldplay has canceled performances slated for this weekend in Texas. Houston is particularly vulnerable to flooding and heavy rains have caused billions in damage as well as cost human lives in the past. One woman took a video that shows how powerful the winds are as they uproot very even large trees.
