Phoenix ICE Agents Deport Murderer who is an Illegal Mexican National

The brave men and women of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agencies across the country daily put their lives at risk in the attempt to remove illegal aliens who are often violent criminals.

News coming out of Phoenix today is another sign of America winning as ICE Agents were able to secure a peaceful deportation of an illegal criminal wanted for Murder charges in Mexico.

The Mexican national was wanted for Aggravated Homicide in his country of origin and was deported back by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement alongside the Enforcement and Removal Operations team.

33-year-old Ysidro Mendoza-Guzman was officially transferred to the custody of representatives from Mexico’s Procuraduria General de la Republica.

Several Mexican immigration officials met with the ERO Special Response Team officers at the Nogales DeConcini Port of Entry.

The illegal Mexican murderer first came into ICE custody on July 7th following his release from federal prison.

The Mexican arrest warrant stated that the murder occurred on June 26th of 2014, in the Mexican state of Michoacán after Mendoza-Guzman had a violent argument with another man at a party.

The altercation soon escalated into violence where witnesses said Mendoza-Guzman smashed a rock against the victim's skull, striking and killing him.

According to those same witnesses Mendoza-Guzman then jumped into victim’s vehicle and fled Mexico into the United States where he's been on the run ever since.

The Department of Homeland Security says that Mendoza-Guzman has been deported from the United States several times in the past dating back to 2014.

He was recently detained and federally prosecuted for illegal entry, where he was sentenced to 30 days in federal prison before ICE was able to interact with Mexican officials and find out he was wanted for murder.

Removing this illegal criminal scum from our streets could possibly save American lives, and will gain enormous applause from everyone who believes “they have to go back” including myself.

If you have information about anyone who may be in the United States illegally or employers who hire illegal criminals contact ICE by calling the ICE tip line at 1-866-347-2423, or internationally at 001-1802-872-6199. The public may also submit a tip online by completing ICE’s
