According to investigators with the Lynn Haven Police Department, 42 year old David Fuller of Covington, Georgia sent multiple pornography images to a minor child.

Detectives say that Fuller was not only well aware that the teenager was a minor child but he openly bragged about it during online chats where heade sexually perverse comments to her.
After investigators received a tip from the child's family that an adult male had been contacting their daughter, they began investigating.
Fuller sent multiple sexually explicit messages to the young girl over Facebook messenger where he asked her to perform oral sex and masturbate on camera for him.
Authorities also say there were several hundred messages transmitted back and forth between Fuller and the minor child, believed to be thirteen years of age.
Several of the images include Fuller’s genitalia as well as short videos of him pleasuring himself while moaning the child's name.
Fuller is now charged with four counts of transmission of material harmful to a minor and investigators say once they receive his internet records and finish scanning his electronic devices more charges may be brought.
