The judge will rule it in favor of antifa citing it is within their free speech to make such statements. The owner of the statue will need to pay antifa money for hurting their feet when they kicked the statue.
This is a Class Felony in VA. and we sure plenty of pictures and video of their actions and faces. Plus: If any politicians who instructed the Police to stand down they are now also co-conspirators.
