An Amber Alert has been issued as law enforcement officials search for a missing child from Jupiter, Florida as well as the couple they believe he is with.

Police say that 4-year-old Dominic Caprio’s mother left him with his nanny inside their home around 12:30 PM on Thursday, When she returned an hour later, both her child and then nanny was gone.
The nanny, 57-year-old Blanca Castro, was later arrested by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, however, the young child still has not been located.
It's believed that Castro was reportedly heading to Coconut Grove when she was arrested, but Dominic was not found with her at the time of the arrest.
Authorities have reason to believe he may be in the company of 60-year-old Elizabeth Caprio and 64-year-old Luis Caprio, and that they may be in a blue 2013 BMW 740i with Florida tag number CBDB47.
Officials have not said if they are related to the child or just share the same last name
