The David Brock led group, Media Matters for America, which is also funded by George Soros, is now shilling heavily in favor of General H.R McMaster.
McMaster, who is President Trump's National Security Adviser, has been embroiled in controversy lately from right wing pundits who suggest that McMaster has been directly trying to subvert the Trump Presidency by taking actions into his own accord.
While it's true H.R. McMaster has made some very questionable decisions as of late, including granting top secret security clearances to Susan Rice, it remains to be seen as to whether or not these acts were taken with or without President Trump's approval, contrary to the continued opinions of pundits outside the Administration.
To top it off, Media Matters is apparently now praising the actions taken by H.R. McMaster, something that should have every Trump supporter genuinely worried over since the organization is historically Anti-Trump.
“Media in support of President Donald Trump are calling for the ouster of Trump’s national security adviser, H.R. McMaster, accusing him of being a ‘globalist’ ‘traitor’ who is ‘aligned with the enemies of Trump and America,’ ” Media Matters wrote on its website just recently.
The full Media Matters blog post titled “Fake news purveyors, Twitter trolls, and Sean Hannity go all in against national security adviser McMaster”, as follows:
”Media in support of President Donald Trump are calling for the ouster of Trump’s national security adviser, H.R. McMaster, accusing him of being a “globalist” “traitor” who is “aligned with the enemies of Trump and America.”
”Over the past month, McMaster has worked to oust some members of the National Security Council (NSC) who were previously aligned with former national security adviser Michael Flynn and Trump’s chief strategist (and former Breitbart News head) Steve Bannon. On July 21, McMaster dismissed Rich Higgins, a top NSC official who was “seen as an ally of” Bannon, after Higgins wrote a memo claiming that “globalists and Islamists” were trying to undermine Trump, according to The Atlantic. In early August, McMaster pushed out Ezra Cohen-Watnick, whom Flynn had hired for the NSC and McMaster had tried to fire earlier in the year (he was blocked by Bannon and others from doing so).”
”Additionally, Circa News, a pro-Trump outlet owned by the conservative Sinclair Broadcasting Group, claimed on August 3that McMaster had sent a letter to former national security adviser Susan Rice “giving her unfettered and continuing access to classified information and waiving her ‘need-to-know’ requirement on anything she viewed or received during her tenure.” The article noted that “it is common practice for some senior government officials to be given the unfettered access to classified information, and their ‘need to know’ is waived,” but went on to note that some “White House officials” believe Rice’s clearance should have been limited. That’s in large part due to pro-Trump media’s dubious accusation that Rice is guilty of unlawfully “unmasking” Trump officials caught in surveillance, even though officials have said there is no proof Rice did anything wrong.”
”In response to McMaster’s ousters and the Circa report, pro-Trump media have attacked the national security adviser. Fox News host and Trump propagandist Sean Hannity asked if “H.R. McMaster need[s] to go” following the Rice report. Conspiracy theory website Infowars claimed McMaster is part of the “deep state coup rooting out patriots from White House,” and Infowars Editor Paul Joseph Watson wrote, “McMaster is an Islamist-sympathizer and a globalist. He has to go.” Breitbart, Bannon’s former outlet, also pointed to a Facebook post from an Israeli columnist accusing McMaster of being “deeply hostile to Israel and to Trump.” Pamela Geller, a Breitbart contributor and anti-Muslim extremist, wrote on her website that McMaster is “aligned with the enemies of Trump and America.” Pro-Trump website The Gateway Pundit called McMaster “a globalist” and questioned “why he is still a top Trump official.” Multiple far-right trolls, including Mike Cernovich, Jack Posobiec, Cassandra Fairbanks, and Stefan Molyneux, called for Trump to fire McMaster (with some using the hashtag “#FireMcMaster”) because McMaster “approved of Susan Rice keeping her top-secret security clearance,” because “its (sic) time for the WH to find a Natl Sec Advisor who supports the President,” and because “H.R. McMaster is a Deep State Plant who Opposes the Trump Agenda.”
”Additionally, multiple fake news purveyors have targeted McMaster, with both Liberty Writers and USA Newsflash calling McMaster a “traitor” due to his Rice letter, as did TruthFeed, which additionally claimed that he may, along with Rice, be “leading a Deep State Coup.” Conservative Daily Post claimed McMaster “gave” Rice “the power to” spy “on political opponents, which is a complete violation of the Constitution,” Mad World News alleged McMaster is a “secret mole” and “a Judas in the White House,” and Right Wing News Suggested that Trump “has been stabbed in the back by McMaster” because of his letter to Rice. America’s Freedom Fighters also claimed that “many are demanding to know why McMaster is still even working within the Trump administration while he wrecks (sic) this sort of havoc.”
”Additionally, the think tank Alliance for Securing Democracy’s tool to track Russian-affiliated bots showed that those bots were pushing “#FireMcMaster” on Twitter within the past 48 hours. This is the same hashtag some of the far-right trolls have used against McMaster. These bots have also been spreading some of TruthFeed's anti-McMaster articles.”
That should be incredibly alarming to say the least, that despicable liberal shilling groups like Media Matters continue to support a man within the Administration, even while having a history of working intentionally to sway the election in favor of Hillary Clinton.
While it would be immoral and wrong for any of us to question the President of the United States decision to support McMaster, we do not know if he's monitoring the situation or intentionally keeping him on board to play chess against these shills.
In fact it could all be a ploy by the President, to catch them in the act or stay fourteen steps ahead of their next move. We truly do not know.
In previous articles I've written, I've described Media Matters thoroughly for those who aren't aware of their intentions. Here's an overview for those who haven't heard the name Media Matters before, or as I like to call it ”Baby's First Red Pill”:
Media Matters, From CTR, to Shareblue: How Paid Shills Attempt to Distort the Truth
”We live in a world where knowledge is power, and with great power there will always be someone who can be a great asset to your mantra whether you're on the left or the right of the political spectrum.”
”Where that information is considered as strength, it's also useful for those who have power to distort the information to help guide their narrative of deception, in order to smear their opponents with propaganda and lies to continue to wield that power.”
”Some would say that in 2017 we're in an “information war”, which is accurate in the sense that whomever can control the narrative is able to invoke rage against the person(s) depicted as the enemy in that propaganda push.”
”This is where Media Matters, a la David Brock, come into the arena armed to the core. David Brock once ran a literal paid shilling campaign known as CTR, or Correct The Record.”
”During the 2016 Presidential Campaign, that band of left wing employed shills controlled the narrative, or attempted to, on every pro-marxist left leaning parasitic social media platform on the internet.”
”John Podesta, the despised former chief of staff to President Bill Clinton, provided office space for Media Matters early in its formation at the Center for American Progress, a Democratic think tank which Podesta established in 2002.”
”Hillary Clinton also personally advised Media Matters in its early stages out of a belief that progressives should follow conservatives in forming think tanks and advocacy groups to support their political goals.”
”According to the New York Times, Media Matters "helped lay the groundwork" for Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign.”
”They were able to accommodate such a heavy presence of paid shills, and master their art of deception so fantastically, that the average social media user likely couldn't tell that they were arguing with or reading posts from hired guns, that weren't firing bullets but firing deception in a war for your mind.”
”It's seemingly brilliant, hire a few thousand people, place clean profile pictures onto each of them, and send them off to the likes of Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, forums, and imageboards; to intentionally deceive the masses.”
”Not only did this happen, but it happened daily in a firestorm Anti-Trump rhetoric hailing down like an apocalyptic meteor shower unto the right.”
”If you viewed a pro-Trump post during the election season, or read Donald Trump’s own posts or tweets on social media, his comments or replies to each of them; it was not surprising to see it flooded with trolls pushing negative propaganda, mostly lies.”
”They would use the various platforms and their systems to continue their hateful push to demonize President Trump, and his supporters. Brigading their own posts with upvotes or likes with their thousands of paid accounts, to attempt to sway the undecided voters into believing the lies they saw at the top of the chain, were widely believed or the most popular opinion.”
”You would see thousands of likes or votes and the most despicable of comments, which intentionally bumped those horrendous claims to the top of threads or chains; in a classic controlled opposition tactic.”
”To be truthful, it was a brilliant strategy, in theory. The problem for those paid shills is that the fire was rising at an all time high, and when a volcano erupts, as it did on the right, you had better run for your life or the lava will flow and take you and everything else in it's path down with it.”
”In what was first used by CTR to attack Bernie, to help Hillary Clinton reach the Democratic Nomination, the outfit led by David Brock learned a lot about how to manipulate the masses.”
”Despite the total absence of facts and evidence, a hellish irony that surely could not be by chance, there was some undisputed proof that shills were indeed employed during the Democratic primary, but they weren’t hired by just Hillary Clinton.”
”In fact there were a multitude of globalist financiers behind the push for the information age takedown.”
”David Brock’s company, Media Matters for America, was founded with help from the Center for American Progress. Initial donors included Leo Hindery, Susie Tompkins Buell, and James Hormel.”
”Media Matters began with just $2 Million in funding, but as it became stronger over the years of shilling against conservative news outlets, it became a major player in the information war.”
”Surely enough this caught the attention of the likes of George Soros, who later via his own progressive business moveon.org, reached into the pockets of David Brock, by adding him and Media Matters as an asset for deception.”
”Soros had literal years of stirring controversy into the political arena all across the globe, with tried and true tactics that are confirmed to work, as well as a literal blank check to finance the shilling game all together.”
”Through Democracy Alliance, another Soros connected group, David Brock and Media Matters were able to reach out to tech billionaires and the wealthy progressive elites to also donate to their cause.”
”What was once a small shill network, had turned into a globalist caliphate of deception, with limitless resources.”
”Using those very tech companies which the progressive elites ran, it would give David Brick the extra backing to help identify and eliminate right wing accounts which were growing in Nationalist power, and brigade them to the point their fans would either leave, or coax those accounts into breaking the social media sites’ rules to get them banned.”
”It was happening everywhere during the election, which is a major part of why the fire was rising so strongly in the right wing’s direction; that so many were witnessing the bias and censorship they found it un-American and disturbing.”
”In fact they even had a leaked memorandum on fighting against President Trump, via the name ‘Shareblue’, which is what Correct The Record evolved into after Trump's astounding victory in November. Here's the leaked memorandum titled ‘Democracy Matters, Strategic Plan For Action 2017-2028’:”
”Where they've stood victorious is that they can constantly shift faces and names, thousands, if not millions, of literal paid shills on the attack.”
”From brand new accounts on social media, to buying older accounts, to bribing popular former celebrities to add their face to the list of names pushing out the talking points they've predetermined.”
”Again the checkbook has no boundaries, and they're not afraid to dig into the coffers to accomplish their endgame.”
”Their guidelines state the following quote, “We are going to resist the normalization of Donald Trump. His every conflict of interest, his every bit of cronyism, his every move toward authoritarianism, his every subversion of our democratic systems and principles, his every radical departure from foreign and domestic policy norms.”
What's overwhelmingly shocking however is that many in the Trump base aren't sure what stance to take here, everyone genuinely wants to be loyal to President Trump but the heavy pro-McMaster shilling from the enemy is problematic, while the extreme Anti-McMaster shilling from opportunists seems like a ploy to sell books or gain publicity.
I'm not going to take a stance here, but I will say there are very considerable signs that McMaster has to at least be questioned. I will also say that I trust the President of the United States of America, Donald Trump so I'm caught in a crossroads here.
Never count out the Teflon Don, he's usually well aware of what's going on both inside and out.
