They Have To Go Back: ICE Expedites Deportations

The American people voted for President Trump and his tough rhetoric on illegal aliens, as well as his intention to build a border wall and strengthen the Border Patrol and Immigration and Customs Enforcement agencies.

The people were clearly aware of the policy changes and stood by the President based upon these reasons, they want illegal aliens the hell out of America, who drain our welfare systems, overburdening the judicial process with heavy crime and incarceration, and are responsible for crimes all across the United States. All of these things the taxpayers are paying for.

This has applied pressure on the United States Department of Homeland Security to begin contemplation of a new policy that will allow for the expedited deportation of undocumented aliens under the Trump Administration, which means getting them the hell out of America, and doing so fast.

The country's Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) was originally granted the power to expedite the deportation of any illegal alien who is detained in the United States dating back to the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996.

Here's the shocker that most are unaware of however, it was modified during the time of President George W. Bush, who changed the laws to state that only illegals which are detained inside the 100 miles of the country's border and are caught not more than 14 days after their arrival in the United States could be be expedited.

Yes, George W. Bush and the neocons were responsible for protecting federal criminals essentially.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">When People Complain the Wall Cost too Much…Show Them How Much Illegals Are Costing AMERICA! <a href="">@realDonaldTrump</a> <a href=""></a></p>&mdash; Diane Hauschildt (@DianeHauschildt) <a href="">August 1, 2017</a></blockquote>

<script async src="//" charset="utf-8"></script>

President Donald Trump however has had enough, and his Administration has been actively pursuing a new proposal that will increase the number of days indicated in Bush's failed policy. This means that the ICE will be able to deport undocumented aliens immediately even after they've been in the United States for up to 90 consecutive days.

The United States Government will then be able to reduce the number of cases filed in immigration courts significantly, with the help of expedited deportations, avoiding the wasteful spending of paying for trials and hearings and just sending them the hell back to wherever they came from.

To underscore the importance of this cost cutting action, as of today there are more than 534,000 pending cases filed against illegal aliens since the start of 2017 alone.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Statement on House Passage of Kate’s Law and No Sanctuary for Criminals Act. <a href=""></a></p>&mdash; Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) <a href="">June 29, 2017</a></blockquote>

<script async src="//" charset="utf-8"></script>

The cost of having hearings for each of these criminals means paying attorneys, judges, prosecutors, jailers, and then every other staff member that's needed to investigate each case as well as the overhead costs of utilities and maintenance and feeding the illegal alien.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Jobs are returning, illegal immigration is plummeting, law, order and justice are being restored. We are truly making America great again!</p>&mdash; Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) <a href="">April 13, 2017</a></blockquote>

<script async src="//" charset="utf-8"></script>

In making this incredible change the United States Department of Homeland Security will be able to save its resources for detaining or monitoring the cases of undocumented aliens who are waiting for their court date, and use that money to prevent new aliens from coming into United States illegally to begin with. It's pretty much common sense.

As <a href="">The Goldwater Reported this past weekend,</a> ICE has made a deal with several counties in Texas together in expanding the joint operations to enforce immigration laws already on the books.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">17 Sheriff&#39;s Departments in Texas Partnering w/ ICE To Crackdown On Illegals<a href="">#RedPill</a> <a href="">#Goldwater</a> <a href=""></a></p>&mdash; Red Pill (@IWillRedPillYou) <a href="">July 31, 2017</a></blockquote>

<script async src="//" charset="utf-8"></script>

The new deal will ensure that any "sanctuary cities" as still able to be penetrated and hunt down the darkest corners where illegal immigrants hide from the law. It also intends to prevent dangers of unexpected gun battles with criminal cartels that leads to the deaths of Federal Agents like what occurred under Obama with his failed “Fast And Furious” program.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Between arming Drug Cartels (Fast N&#39; Furious) and arming Syrian Terrorists, Obama is your guy if you&#39;re a violent nut in need of a gun!</p>&mdash; Jacob Wohl (@JacobAWohl) <a href="">July 25, 2017</a></blockquote>

<script async src="//" charset="utf-8"></script>

ICE Director Thomas Homan release a simple and direct message:

<i>"There's no doubt that arresting removable aliens in a jail is safer for the officers, safer for the community and even safer for the alien himself."</i>

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">The weak illegal immigration policies of the Obama Admin. allowed bad MS 13 gangs to form in cities across U.S. We are removing them fast!</p>&mdash; Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) <a href="">April 18, 2017</a></blockquote>

<script async src="//" charset="utf-8"></script>

According to Customs and Border Protection, from January through June of this year, 140,024 illegal aliens were stopped or caught along the southwest border of the United States. Over the same period last year, 267,746 illegal aliens were apprehended while attempting to cross into the country.

Clearly less immigrants are making the attempts to cross into the United States under President Donald Trump, which is a clear cut victory in itself that needs no explanation.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">We must keep &quot;evil&quot; out of our country!</p>&mdash; Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) <a href="">February 3, 2017</a></blockquote>

<script async src="//" charset="utf-8"></script>

Trump has vowed to crack down hard on criminal aliens and their federal violations of immigration laws. That includes hiring tens of thousands of Border Patrol agents and building the massive wall between the U.S. and Mexico which has already been approved and some suggest will begin in September.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">The Solar Energy Border Wall Is Coming<br>Big<br>And<br>Beautiful<a href="">#BuildTheWall</a> <a href=""></a></p>&mdash; Red Pill (@IWillRedPillYou) <a href="">July 30, 2017</a></blockquote>

<script async src="//" charset="utf-8"></script>

Since taking office in January, President Trump has ended the illegal Obama-era policies that protected federal criminals who were parents of United States citizens or had no criminal record from deportation, sending them back where they belong, which isn't here.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Trump floats idea of solar panel covered Border Wall. <a href="">@POTUS</a> I don&#39;t care what it&#39;s covered in just <a href="">#BuildTheWall</a>👌🏻<a href=""></a> <a href=""></a></p>&mdash; Red Pill (@IWillRedPillYou) <a href="">June 7, 2017</a></blockquote>

<script async src="//" charset="utf-8"></script>

President Trump is also weighing changes to the program known as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), which enacts deportation protections to undocumented immigrants who came to the United States as children.

Americans will have more jobs to avoid. The wall will be useless. We will find someone else to blame.

I agree, the sooner the Trumps and co go, the better. Who cares how.

What are you talking about? The wall will be epic. It will be legendary. It will be there in a 1000 years.

We won't have to send them back anymore. If they can't come in. They will stay away.

That is peace through strength and the ability to put massive ordinance on target anywhere in the world.

There are no moderate muslims and no good ones, they all support terrorism and all are ready to flip to terrorist mode at the drop of a hat.

The old "women and children" LIE won't work here, shills.

Look at the videos of the immigrants coming in. 95 to 99 percent of them are pissed off muslim men who are between 15 and 45.

We don't want violent terrorist rapist jihadis, just like we don't want violent terrorist Hispanic gang members.

Is the child porn david brock is giving you as shill-payment worth it, 6017?

Willy "wewlad" Macladden; I like you, you're funny. You desperately hide your sad racism behind weak commentary, which I suppose is standard fare for the average Trump shill. But what really makes me snicker is that you hide your identity with 'that' name 'William Hartman McFadden', it's interesting that you try to infer I'm a pedo when you have the screen name of a guy that took a 'lot' of interest in kids, especially little girls, oh and orphans

McFadden funded and sponsored a private camp, Camp McFadden, for Camp Fire Girls, with over 5,000 girls attending the camp through 1950. He also financed the American Legion Orphans Home School in Ponca City.

Who knows what went on? Maybe it's the same as you do, after all little Willie, they started taking boys as well, is it where you got your first lessons? Maybe you should turn yourself in, remember it's not the kids fault, let them go.
