Indiana Escaped Inmate Arrested 'Partying Naked ' in the Cornfield

An Indiana inmate who had escaped was found naked and partying in the cornfield where he was celebrating his escape. Little did he know that the police were in hot pursuit.

The Fayette County prisoner was accused of walking away from a work release program last month, he’s now back behind bars.

The 39-year-old inmate, who was identified as Patrick E. Allen, of Connersville, was located by the police on Wednesday in a cornfield in the 6700 block of West County Road 50 North.

In response to the incident, the Fayette County deputies responded to the area after they received numerous complaints about a naked man hanging out in the cornfield, knocking on people’s doors and attempting to get rides.

The authorities asked Allen why he had stripped naked and was in the cornfield, and he told them he had been partying. Allen is currently at the Fayette County Jail, being held with no bond.

The police also managed to recover a truck that had been stolen from Indianapolis. Additionally, police are also looking into a few reports of vandalism and attempted break-ins in Fayette.
