Authorities in Virginia have reported of a shocking incident that involved a man who chopped a prostitute into pieces before disposing their body in the backyard of his house. The killer hired the prostitute to meet him at a hotel before committing the heinous crime.
The 25-year-old killer, who was identified as Tyquan Pearson is reported by Broward sheriff's officials to have met Brittney Taylor, 19, at a South Florida motel in May after soliciting her online.
The police authorities indicated that the hotel surveillance video showed Taylor enter the room. Four hours later, the video shows Pearson leaving, pushing a stroller with a blue storage container, officials said.
Reports from the Sun Sentinel indicate that the investigation led detectives to a home where they found Taylor's remains inside the container and buried in the backyard.
Pearson is being held in South Florida where he was transferred on Tuesday after being arrested on a warrant in Norfolk, Virginia. However, he is being held without bond on a murder charge. It also remains unclear as to whether he had retained the attorney who could comment on the charges filed against Pearson.
