Video: Sadistic Black Police Officer Shoots Two Dogs Then Leaves The Scene

A Black Minneapolis Police Department Officer is taking major criticism from the entire nation as a secret home surveillance tape has surfaced of him trespassing into a private property’s backyard and shooting two friendly emotional support dogs.

The officer in question arrived to the location of the home with his partner, who awaited in front of the house while the deranged trigger happy cop jumped the back fence to the home. Doing that alone was trespassing, as he wasn't invited nor had any reason to be in the backyard.

One of the homeowner's daughters triggered the home security system, and police were dispatched by Xfinity home services to the scene of the report.

After the quick to fire officer jumped the back fence, two dogs slowly and playfully approached him. He pulled his firearm, and the dogs began to retreat in a friendly manner. Then the officer shot one dog, and targeted the second dog, also shooting it.

The video of the shooting that was recorded by an overhead Xfinity security camera has been viewed hundreds of thousands of times, including by many animal lovers who are calling for the officer’s badge.

The two dogs survived, barely, named Ciroc and Rocko; but are both requiring severely expensive surgeries to overcome the injuries.

The Staffordshire terriers that Jennifer Lemay, the homeowner, and her children have had since they were puppies were well loved by the family.

Lemay says they're emotional support dogs for LeMay’s two sons, who both suffer from anxiety. To make matters worse, one of her young daughters witnessed her dogs being shot from an upstairs bedroom window and is emotionally distraught.

The mother took to Facebook in a furious rage, ranting this post, “Xfinity home central services and 4th precinct can expect to be seeing and hearing from my lawyer bright n early monday morning,” she said on Facebook. “I WILL GET FUCKING JUSTICE FOR MY KIDS! THERE IS NO PENNY OR DOLLAR VALUE TOO WHAT THESE BABIES MEAN TO MY FAMILY, EXTENDED FAMILY, FRIENDS OR ANYONE WHOS LIVES THEYVE BRIGHTENED DAILY! #knowthat”

The Minneapolis Police Department has also released their own statement, saying, “Anytime an officer discharges their firearm in the line of duty there is an investigation that is completed by the Minneapolis Police Department’s Internal Affairs Unit,” the statement said. “We are in the process of reviewing the video posted online, as well as the officer’s body camera video. We have reached out to the owner of the dogs and will continue to do so during the investigation.”

The official police report says that the dogs charged at the officer, but the video clearly shows a different story which has animal rights activists absolutely furious. “While staging at the rear, two large-size pit bulls charged at the officer,” the police report narrative said. “Officer dispatched the two dogs, causing them to run back into the residence.”

Minneapolis Police Chief Janeé Harteau released a statement of his own Monday afternoon saying the Department was “implementing updated mandatory training” about officer encounters with civilian dogs.

“I’ve watched the video, and as someone whose family has included dogs most of my life, I can say that it was difficult to watch,” the statement said. “This was an outcome that no one wanted. I’ve asked for an Internal Affairs use of force review. We are reaching out to the family to help them with the veterinary care bills to ensure that both dogs are adequately taken care of.”

The family has launched a gofundme page for the dogs' recovery and surgery costs which have so far raised over $26,000 with support growing across the internet.

Internal Affairs is set to review the officer's actions and disciplinary procedures may be taken against him if they conclude he broke the law or handled himself inappropriately.
