Mass Shooting At ‘Gender Reveal’ Party In Ohio

A woman was murdered and eight other people shot, three of them underage children, at a baby's gender reveal party outside of Colerain Township in Ohio.

Among the many victims was also a pregnant woman who lost the baby due to complications after being shot at the party in a terrifying tragedy.

Five of the shooting victims from what should have been a free spirited party have been transported for medical treatment, one in critical condition, three in fair and one stable.

They were all hospitalized at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. The three children shot in the vicious attack were taken to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.

A neighbor happened to witness the crime and called 911 emergency responders. She said, “Two guys just came in and shot people in the house,” she said, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer. “There was little kids hurt and everything. I was sitting in my car. They just ran in and started shooting. There’s a pregnant girl here. ”

A second neighbor also called emergency assistance saying that he had seen two shooters enter the home. “I just seen two people walk by,” the neighbor said. “I looked outside, next thing I know they just ran in and just started shooting.”

As of this time police do not have any particular suspects but they're actively searching for the assailants, who fled after shots rang out at a home around 11:30 p.m., Police Department reported.

Colerain Township Police's public information officer Jim Love stated that the victims of the crime were all family and friends who were gathered for a gender reveal party. He stated that the fatality was an adult female.
