Three teens have been arrested and charged with the home invasion and rape of a Georgia woman in front of her child.
19-year-old Josue Ramirez was detained on June 15 and a 17-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl arrested this past Tuesday for the heinous crimes.
The Police Department says the teenagers broke into the woman's house during an attempted home invasion and then shocked her with stun guns and finally threw boiling water on her.
All of this happened when she returned home from work. They then proceeded to rape her in front of one of her sons.
The official police report says the victim's jewelry box, school ID and German shepherd puppy were stolen during the home invasion. Prosecutors say that the teenage girl was the getaway driver.
All three suspects have been charged with home invasion, rape, aggravated sodomy, kidnapping, aggravated battery and cruelty to children. It's unclear at this time if they have retained lawyers.
