The Sinaloa Cartel led by the notorious drug kingpin El Chapo who is currently on trial in New York has been accused of murdering a North Carolina teacher while he was traveling Mexico. 34-year-old Patrick Braxton-Andrew's family and the local Mexican governor announced his death at the hands of a Sinaloa drug cartel member Thursday.
Patrick's family posted on Facebook, "Patrick died on October 28th at the hands of a criminal organization that operates in the area where he was traveling." His family traveled to Mexico two days after he went missing hoping they would find him.

The governor of Chihuahua, Javier Corral, of the state where the town of Urique is located announced on his own Facebook page that he was committed to finding Braxton-Andrew's body. Corral also pledged to bring those responsible for his death to justice. He also added that a specific drug dealer is suspected in the crime who is part of the Sinaloa cartel.
The Sinaloa cartel was led by Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán until his arrest and extradition to the United States. According to Gary, the father of the victim, Braxton-Andrews loved to travel and often went on international excursions all by himself. A friend of the deceased wrote a final goodbye on Instagram saying:

"My friend, PBA went missing while going for a walk/hike in Urique, Mexico a week ago today. His family and friends have been doing whatever possible to find him for the past week. This guy is hands down one of the nicest and best all-around individuals that you could meet. He is currently a teacher in Charlotte and is a business owner. He is fluent in Spanish and has traveled Latin America extensively."

In a statement released by the family Thursday, they said, "Patrick died doing what he loved—traveling and meeting people. Join us in celebrating his life as he would want us to do. We will always remember Patrick and his joy for life. We love you PBA." The Town of Davidson is flying the flags at half-staff out of respect for the memory of the slain school teacher.

The entire country of Mexico is no better than Iran or any other country based on corruption and murder. We as Americans believe that Mexico is a tourist destination but it is not. Mexico is one of the most dangerous countries in the world. The government has been controlled by the drug cartels for decades. The Mexicans hate us Americans, in fact they would welcome Americans in Mexico to kill them. Human life means nothing to them. Iraq was a civilized nation pryor to the invasion by the US compared to Mexico. Why do we as Americans go to the middle east and fight against the muslim terrorists when we have a terrorist nation right next door who is trying to destroy our country from within. If the Mexicans take over the USA the liberal and establishment politicians can kiss their tails goodbye. Those cartels have increased in power since the "war on drugs" began. The same thing happened during prohibition. You bet your ass if Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán had his main office in Chicago the drug laws would have been changed 20 years ago. We really need to rethink how we handle drugs regulation.
