An ongoing fiasco is taking place at the government level in Florida after a Broward County Judge ordered the immediate release of voter information sought by the Governor of Florida, Rick Scott. Scott also works as the county's supervisor of elections which has scrutinized the credibility of his position and election releases claiming that they may have been altered by his office.

Circuit Judge Carol-Lisa Phillips gave a deadline for Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes to turn over the voter information by 7 p.m. Friday under the state's open records laws. It was found that Snipes had violated that law by failing to turn over the information to attorneys for Scott's Senate campaign, not the kind of lady we want running anything important.

It was Phillips who first determined that Snipes had violated the law by failing to turn over information to attorneys for Scott's Senate campaign and the National Republican Senatorial Committee. Snipes scrambled for a plan but the best he could come up with was to finish counting Broward County ballots in hopes of a miscount of the ballots.
Scott's attorneys contended the information is already required to be collected under state law. Lawyers representing Snipes say that requiring such a swift response would interfere with ongoing efforts to finish Broward county County Ballots. WE MUST DEMAND the people involved must be US-DOJ investigated and if arrested and convicted NO MORE WRIST SLAPS, it must be Jail time.
ALSO the Guilty Political party involved MUST be held accountable and required to pay the Federal Fines imposed on a PER Fraudulent VOTE Basis.
SEE: U.S.C. Section 20511(2) with respect to fraudulent registration and voting. Submitting fake voter registrations or ballots that contain materially false information.Said person shall be on conviction imprisoned for not more than 5 years.
