SCOTUS Justice Kennedy May Retire Monday

Left-stream media is once again crying in fear over the increased speculation that Supreme Court Of The United States Justice Kenny may retire on Monday.

Such a scenario would give President Trump and other immediate option to appoint a SCOTUS Justice further tipping the scales in favor of Conservatism.

As a Ronald Reagan appointee, Justice Anthony Kennedy is the senior-most Justice on the SCOTUS. While being a Republican he's considered a moderate, who's often voted in favor of liberal ordeals.

Kennedy has always said that abortion is a right protected by the Constitution and also been in favor of Gay Rights, two topics which have angrily upset Conservatives for his support over.

A replacement for Kennedy could be crucial to the extent of pushing Conservatism back into American society, especially during a time where liberal ideology has destroyed traditional values.

At 80 years old the Justice has often been the swing vote role that sways many decisions. Conservatives are encouraging the retirement while Liberals are in shock and fear of such an occurrence.

Amidst growing speculations Kennedy would retire, MSNBC’s Chris Hayes tweeted, “Just a reminder: there's a chance Kennedy announces his retirement on Monday, paving the way for the end of Roe.”

Liberals have been angrily storming across social media as they now realize their half-century-long reign of disaster is coming to an end. Conservatives, however, see this as “Morning in America” as they can begin to focus on the sunrise of a new day.

It's usually commonplace for SCOTUS Justices to announce retirement at the end of spring or early summer, following the conclusion of the annual October to June SCOTUS session.

Several prominent Republicans have recently stated they expect another vacancy this summer.

The Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Senator Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, said he expected to see another vacancy on the court this summer as well. “I have no way of knowing who it is, it’s just a very general rumor for the last six months around Washington, and I assume it’s somebody in their late 70s or early 80s,” Grassley told reporters.

Also, Senator Ted Cruz, R-Texas., at the Conservative Political Action Conference, said that “I think we’ll have another Supreme Court vacancy this summer,” Cruz said, adding that if Kennedy were to step down, the left “will go full Armageddon meltdown.”

President Trump has already proven to push his nominees through intense vetting procedures and on Monday we will know for sure if he gets to make another historic nomination to the SCOTUS.

Another one of his friends no doubt, once there was justice, but soon in regards to lady justice the new catchphrase for her will be 'tis a pity she's a whore', once he's filled the scorecard his way, the only justice will be for sale. Lincoln and all will soon be getting harnessed as new energy source, well think about it, the speed they'll be spinning…

P.S. I see donnies just flip flopped on russia, after all those denials about russia being involved in electing him, he's now trying to turn attention away from the fact that if true he is in fact not properly the president.

as for why did obama, etc not do something earlier, well, maybe, just maybe they were waiting for all the traitors, etc to show their faces.l mean after all only a moron takes the little fish, when having patience means you can reel in the really big fish, eh donald… donald… donald. that's funny, he was here a minute ago :)

Hey, here's another thought, if it is true about russia and the election, that means that all the little trumpys have been supporting either a traitor or at the very least a stupid little puppet that russia wanted in… in fact that means every trump tighty righty was in fact working for a former lietenant colonel in the kgb…… bwahahahahahahahahahahahaa, oh god hahahahahahaha,hi comrade :)

You do know, in the hypothetical scenario, that there were Russian meddling it would still require a lengthy impeachment process. And Republicans as a majority can block the impeachment. And after maybe 18 months if it does pass and the conservative heavy Supreme Court accepts it…

All that would happen is that Mike "Shock the Gays" Pence would be president.

2017 has shown us the CIA not only lost control of their weaponized malware, but that the CIA can completely FALSIFY their hacking trail and PRETEND to be "Russian hackers."

Did Russia do anything? OR was it our corrupt CIA who has couped how many governments in the past 40 years? Over 100 legally-elected governments toppled by America's crooked CIA?!

Means, motive, and opportunity - the CIA has them all.

FHR, I know, it's just funny to wind up all the little dickheads, I despise both Donald and Hilary, they're both rabid embarrasments. However this desperate denial that Donald and co having been abusing their authority is pathetic.

Look at this moron above, CIA, CIA, Trump innocent, is Russia real, what a paranoid dickhead, as most of these no-brains used to say, no smoke without fire, not saying that little Donnie knew, but something smells. Frankly, if there is 'ANY' truth to 'ANY' of the allegations of Russia, abuse of power, bribery(IE; China), corruption then he should be removed either willingly or by force(legal, that is). Bluntly put if the election was tampered with then the election is void and a new one must be held, preferably with neither Donald 'or' Hilary
