In several teasers and videos released before the airing of her one-on-one interview with ABC, First Lady Melania Trump schooled the mainstream media as to their portraying of the current White House administration. When responding to the Dr Ford - Judge Kavanaugh story, the former model from Slovenia said that ‘sometimes the media goes too far and the way they portray some stories, it’s not correct, it’s not right,’ thus taking a direct swipe at the exaggerations that have been published about her husband and herself.

ABC sat down with Ms. Trump in Kenya for a one-on-one and asked her what is the most surprising thing about being the first lady.

To this, the no-holds-barred Ms. Trump responded that “It’s sad to see that organizations and foundations I want to partner with choosing not to because of the administration, and I feel that they are choosing the politics over helping others.”

Melania Trump was also asked about the MeToo movement and the accusations that were launched against judge Brett Kavanaugh. She stated: “I support the women, and they need to be heard. We need to support them,” before adding “you need to have a really hard evidence. if you accuse someone, show the evidence.”

The interviewer then asks her whether it is not too harsh, to which FLOTUS responds: “We need to show the evidence. You cannot just say to somebody I was sexually assaulted because sometimes the media goes too far and the way they portray some stories, it’s not correct, it’s not right.”

Melania Trump just finished her four nations Africa trip during which she visited Ghana, Malawi, Kenya, and Egypt.

Rather than focusing on the helping hand, she wanted to offer to children, the MSM decided to, once again, focus on her clothing choices (a hat in Kenya and Egypt) and criticize her for it.

In response, Ms. Trump asked that they ‘should focus on what I do, not on what I wear.’
