A university professor had a blockbuster attendance for his class on Monday morning with about 500 students turning up for his lecture. It was the worst time to commit a blunder, but that’s just what happened, leaving the professor red-faced with embarrassment.
The professor accidentally beamed porn through the lecture room for his introductory psychology class. It certainly wasn’t the intention of professor Steve Joordens but his class at the University of Toronto’s Scarborough Campus unexpectedly got an explicit lesson in human anatomy and sexual behavior.
The students were in varying states of shock and amusement. Some chose to laugh it off. Those who were offended by the explicit video decided to get up and leave the class in protest.
Someone managed to record the students’ bewildered reactions to the porn. It took a good, few seconds for the professor to realize what was horrifically going on before anyone moved to rectify the error.
One of the students recorded the incident on Snapchat and posted it elsewhere online, where it was viewed by more people, and unsurprisingly shared many times as well.
Social media users are also reacting to the incident, with varied reactions. Some are amused, while others are puzzled how such an accident could have happened.

It is not clear if the professor will be penalized for the blunder. The university has not given a statement yet on how such a grievous mistake could have happened, and if this means the professor involved is so careless as not to delineate his lecture notes and files from such personal, not to mention controversial, files as porn.
The University merely announced that it is offering support to any student who may have been “disturbed” by the incident. Officials are encouraging students left bothered by the professor’s blunder to seek assistance from the staff at the Health & Wellness Center.
