New Mexico Islamic Children’s Camp – Judge Who Granted Bail Receives Death Threats

||| Daily Express.png |||

New Mexico Judge Ms Sarah C. Backus, who ruled earlier this week to release the 5 suspects arrested in a compound with 11 malnourished children which many have claimed was an Islamic training camp on bail, claims she has received death threats ever since. Judge Backus indicated she knew beforehand how her ruling would be received.

In her ruling, she wrote: “The canons of judicial ethics require that judges not concern themselves with public opinion. … The defendants are innocent until they are proved to be guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.”

A popular Twitter account named after QAnon summarized the feeling of many online voices the next day, writing: “Paul Manafort gets 23 hours of solitary confinement every day.”

“5 Muslim adults living on a makeshift compound with 11 malnourished children training them for school shootings get bond for $20,000. This is not justice. Remember the name: Judge Sarah Backus.”

Ever since then, hundreds of hostile calls and emails flooding have been flooding into the county courthouse in Taos, where Ms Backus presides.

Barry Massey, a spokesman for the New Mexico Administrative Office of Courts, admitted that the court was soon overflowing with messages “expressing opposition to the judge’s ruling and calling the judge various derogatory words.”

“This is a new one for them. Talked to long time employee — had some high-profile cases but nothing that has unleashed this kind of venomous response.”

The strong social media response of a case hardly covered by the MSM is another indication that the general public is concerned about the findings in the New Mexico compound, details of which even surprised the senior Sherriff who made the arrests.

The compound, located in a remote northern corner of the state on August third contained 5 adults and 11 malnourished children who, defendants admitted, were being taught weapons training.

One of the men arrested and named as a leader of the group was 39-year-old Mr Siraj Ibn Wahhaj, the son of a notorious New York Imam linked to the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. The Imam has been named as a mentor and friend by left-wing activist Ms Linda Sarsour.

Sheriff Hogrefe and his team found that Mr Wahhaj was armed with an “AR-15 rifle, five loaded 30-round magazines, and four loaded pistols, including one in his pocket.”

any decent healthy society would have killed all of these people including the judge for releasing them: they are our enemies and should be treated as such in order to protect our people……………stop siding with our enemies…..

we probably should also arrest any relatives and friends of these people and investigate them as well.

they are not coming here for Better lives.

That judge needs to be removed from her position. Poisonous as those bloody Islamic animals! No justice! They should have been shot for what they did. Guilty is being caught on the spot, doing the crime. Where's the need for reasonable doubt. A child is dead because of these monsters. They deserve to be hanged, alongside that miserable witch of a judge!!

Judge needs to know what the public mood is before ruling

I'm glad she's getting threats, that's what traitors get in this country. She has no business being a judge! She knew there was a dead child found there and that the other children were abused. The children even said they watched the 3 year old die! What's it take to get no bail in her court? BITCH!
