Law enforcement in Philadelphia day that a complex scheme by a homosexual pedophile, disguising himself as a “trillionaire Prince Daniel David De Rothschild,” stalked young boys over the internet in a well-devised catfishing effort to draw children into his clutches in order to produce and distribute child pornographic materials.
The case began when an online publication titled <b>“Rich and Royal Magazine”</b> promoted hourly updates of a man they claimed was a trillionaire celebrity, using the photographs of global superstar vocalist and the “King of Pop,” Michael Jackson's nephew, T.J. Jackson to mislead readers that “Prince Daniel David De Rothschild” was a European Royal, which built a massive following among teenage fans on Facebook.

One post, showed images of T.J. Jackson visiting Michael Jackson's grave, in August of 2017, that misled younger boys, not alive during the era of Michael Jackson, that the “Prince Daniel David De Rothschild” was a wealthy elite living a lavish lifestyle that could offer them whatever they pleased.
In other posts, he would brag about associating with other high-profile celebrities such as George Clooney, Prince, Nicki Minaj, and even Hillary Clinton; labeling those liberal elites as his “close and personal friends.”
<a href="http://www.philly.com/philly/news/pennsylvania/philadelphia/david-milliner-child-pornography-prince-daniel-david-derothschild-arrest-philadelphia-20180802.html">Philadelphia Inquirer </a>says that after the Harvey Weinstein scandal was spotlighted by the mainstream news, the faux Prince even made posts firing shots at the production company and those who knew the accused serial sexual predator, going as far as having demanded the “resignation letters of all involved,” portraying himself as someone of moral authority.
The problem is, “Prince Daniel David De Rothschild” never existed, and none of those readers caught on that the images of T.J. Jackson were fabricated to portray an imaginary character.
Police in Philadelphia says that the widespread following for “Prince Daniel David De Rothschild,” and the online magazine “Rich and Royal” were both created by the unemployed 49-year-old David Milliner, a sociopathic and dangerous pedophile.
Without trying to offer words of praise for a delusional pedophile, Milliner had created one of the most thought-out and precise pedophile schemes that I've personally ever covered as a journalist, in the nearly 5,000+ arrests I've written about in my life. For me, that's also terrifying, because it shows the levels of deception one will take in order to exploit America's children.
Milliner, according to prosecutors, created the imaginary person, and the magazine, in order to attract young boys online; who he would later manipulate with broken promises of fortune and fame, in order to produce and distribute child pornography they would willingly send him.
By playing the role of a trillionaire European Prince, authorities say that Milliner used at least eight Facebook profiles, and several other fictitious social media accounts, in order to introduce the boys to whom they thought was the wealthy prince.
This method of online cyberstalking is extremely complex and meant that Milliner would play the role of multiple individuals in order to trick each of the young boys into sending the illicit content to who they believed was a teenage heartthrob.
“We will go to every after party and you will be dressed in Marquesa,” Milliner wrote to one of the boys, incorrectly spelling the designer fashion brand “Marchesa,” in an effort of promising the children wealth. “I promise you diamonds and exquisite antique jewelry that you get to keep. I’m drinking juice looking at the ocean thinking of you.”
This man is sick, twisted, and downright evil.

<i>Again</i>, <i><b>none of these people were real, and all were created inside the deranged imagination of a gay pedophile who wanted to lure young boys, David Milliner.</b></i>
According to<a href="http://www.philly.com/philly/news/pennsylvania/philadelphia/david-milliner-child-pornography-prince-daniel-david-derothschild-arrest-philadelphia-20180802.html">Philly.com</a>, the efforts of Milliner to fool the many children following him didn't always work, with some calling him a fraud on his Facebook page.
“I will always be His Royal Highness Prince Daniel DeRothschild IV of the mighty House of DeRothschild,” Milliner posted on the DeRothschild Facebook page, to those who had doubted him. “And you will forever be the leeches that you were programmed to be. Common. Common as dirt.”
If you're a parent reading this right now, the levels of effort that David Milliner used to lure these children is both complex, and somewhat creative, for lack of a better word, because it would require both patience and derangement to pull this off, but Milliner did exactly that, according to the<a href="https://www.nypost.com/2018/08/02/man-pretended-to-be-trillionaire-prince-to-get-child-porn-feds/"> New York Post</a>, with Milliner able to manipulate at least eight prepubescent boys into sending him explicit images and videos of their genitals.
“He convinced [his victims] that he was rich and famous,” said Assistant United States Attorney Michelle Rotella. “And he would never send them photos of his face.”
During the period of September and November of 2017, Milliner communicated with eight underage boys, all of whom were minor children, and the youngest of which was only six-years-old.
In February of 2018 law enforcement began to work the case, after one of the children's parents learned of the videos and images that their child was sending the supposed “Prince,” and contacted the Philadelphia Police Department.

For months, Milliner was able to convince the children he was an all-powerful, wealthy elite, using the photographs of police escorts he claimed was following him during travels, but now; <i>law enforcement were following him in real life.</i>
Clearly, Milliner devised one of the grandest schemes ever imagined, in efforts to sexually exploit these young boys, with a potential motive for sexual abuse, had he been able to afford to visit them.
The investigation continued for months, where police accumulated stockpiles of evidence against the disturbed pedophile,
The Philadelphia Police Department was eventually able to trace a conversation, between undercover agents posing as one of the boys and the fraudulent pedophile posing as a Prince, to a residence in North Philadelphia, on 32nd Street, where David Milliner resided.

Police knew they had their man, and in an unsealed indictment against Milliner, say that's when they, along with federal authorities, made their move to act, taking the lunatic, if not clever pedophile into federal custody.
<a href="https://kywnewsradio.radio.com/articles/news/man-pretended-be-prince-lure-sexually-explicit-photos-preteen-boys">KYW News Radio 1060 AM</a> reports that Milliner is now facing 16 federal charges for his crimes against the young boys and that he's pleading not guilty.

Milliner now remains in federal custody, unable to post bond, as he's unemployed; scheduled for trial on October 2nd, where he will appear before a federal magistrate.
If convicted, Milliner faces up to fifteen years in a federal penitentiary, which is disturbing considering the dangers he poses to society.
