Most of the craziest news reports come out of Florida, the state has become known for the bizarre antics of its residents but this latest video may take the cake for 2018. A man was driving down Interstate 95 when he witnessed a man riding on the hood of a car going at least 70 mph.

This clip sure fits the bill for an "Only in Miami" moment. A local Miami resident was startled to witness the idiotic scene unfolding before him but managed to take his phone out and film it. The witness, Daniel Midah, who goes by @Danimidah on Twitter, spotted this "commuter" while driving on I-95 Sunday between Hollywood and Aventura.
Midah reports that he was driving south on I-95 around 8 p.m. when he spotted a female driver with a male riding on the hood of her car. "All I was thinking is, this guy is going to slide off and hit me, slide off the other side or if anything, he is going to slide down and she is going to hit him, and then she is going to crash into somebody else," Midah said.

The car with the man on the hood eventually took the Dairy Road exit and Midah called 911 to report the hazard to public safety. To add to the ridiculousness of the situation, Midah says he believes the man on the hood was on the phone with the driver. "He didn't even look like he was freaked out by what was going on, but I was freaking out," Midah said. "It wasn't just their safety, but the safety of everyone around them."
